This spacious and luminous flat includes 2 bedroom, a fully equipped open kitchen and a large living room. It is completely unoverlooked, with a vineyard view from the balcony. The Mourillon beach is only 5 minutes car dive away.

The apartment is classified furnished of tourism 3 stars.

This modern accommodation is perfect for family or friends. It is available for up to 6 guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed and there is a convertible couch in the living room.

You will have access to Free WIFI and the AC is available in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dish washer, oven, micro wave, induction hobs, kettle, toaster).

We also provide coffee pods, dishwasher pods, laundry and shower gel to make your stay more enjoyable.

The arrival in the apartment is done autonomously with the help of a code box to facilitate your access conditions.

Do not hesitate to contact me before or during your stay. I speak english and french and will gladly provide you with some insight on fun activities, good restaurants and nice places to visit in the area.

The nice, clam and residential neighborhood is very close from the Mourillon beaches, providing the perfect balance between city (10 minutes walking distance from the city center) and countryside (vineyard view). Conveniently, a little supermaket, tobacco shop, boulangerie and pharmacy are at your disposal only a few meters from the flat.

The line 6 « Fabry » bus stop is located next to the apartment, on the right hand-side when you come out the building. For there, you can easily (around 20 minutes) get to the city center, the train station or the liners pier.

It will only take you a short one hour drive to go to Marseille/Aix, Saint-Tropez/Cannes or Marignane Airport. The Toulon city center is around 10 minutes away by car. You can also visit the famous HYERES beaches in about a 20 minutes drive.

If you decide to ride a bus to Toulon, there is a bus stop in front of the residence. In any case, a space is reserved for my guests in the free private parking lot attached to the building.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Florent (the owner) a message.

If Florent (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
