Estimados huéspedes que ustedes iban a escribir una mala opinión sobre el apartamento no es ninguna so presa porque esa fue la primera amenaza que ustedes hicieron al negarle la devolución de la fianza una semana antes, y para no tener problemas se la tu be que de bolver incluso un día antes, según ustedes dicen que se tuvieron que ir 2 semanas antes porque en el apartamento las motos de la calle hacen ruido, pero no dice que ustedes se presentaron 4 antes y no se le cobro por esos días adicionales, tampoco dicen que hacían comilonas con sus amigos en el jardín de la casa sin pedir permiso, que cada dos por tres había que ir a prográmale la tv y aire acondicionado porque lo des programaban y sobre lo del garaje , si usted no quiere meter en el coche en el garaje nadie tiene culpa el garaje esta a escasos 100m del apartamento si usted por su comodidad lo aparca en la puerta y luego según ustedes se lo rayan ,nadie tiene culpa sobre la limpieza querida familia el apartamento fue limpiado y controlado por nosotro porque como ustedes saben nos pillaron en torrevieja y ustedes pasaron 5 días con nosotro y nunca meconio que el apartamento estaba sucio y que no tenia sitio para meter sus cosas. no se puede hacer una mala opinión por el simple echo no querer de bolver la fianza una semana antes y lo mas importante es que esta familia no hizo la reserva por tripadvisor la realizo atraves de otra web como se puede opinar en una web donde yo no recibir la reserva

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
