The bright 65sqm apartment is located on the first floor and is furnished to a high standard according to German standards. It has two bedrooms, an open kitchen, a daylight bathroom and a large terrace with views of mountains and sea. The special feature: The apartment can be combined with the neighboring apartment Mio Monte 4 through a connecting door. For the cooler season, it is equipped with underfloor heating. The garden and the communal terrace with tavern on the ground floor is open to all guests. You can see both the sea of Tivat Bay and the peaks of Lovcen National Park. The vision sweeps towards Budva across the plain of Radanovici. We, Helga and Igor, are always available as hosts and can be reached on site. We live on the ground floor of the house, like to give tips and offer their own leisure program: boat tours, kayaks, kayak tours, bicycles, fishing, snorkeling, hiking etc. With us you will find a family atmosphere. 2-3 times a week we cook for our guests. And if you want to be sociable, bring Montenegro closer to you as a guest - if you wish. We also offer a breakfast service. Our motto: a lot goes, nothing has to. You can, but do not need our offer. Just contact us. We speak German, English, French and Serbian. Benefit from our local and language knowledge.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Helga (the owner) a message.

If Helga (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
