Located on the edge of town yet within two blocks are shops, restaurants, beach activity rentals, surfing and exciting nightlife. Lovely two story, two bedrooms, two bath with equipped kitchen in small gated community with swimming pool. The master bedrooms have a queen size bed and the guest bedroom has other queen size bed, each bedroom has a private bathroom. The beach is just a 2 minute drive, within 5 minutes walk you can reach a grocery store, a laundry, a large Shopping Plaza, a surf shop and an ATV Rental Shop around 20 restaurants are within a 10-15 minute walk. There is a gym just around the corner within walking distance. Los Sueños III is gated and guarded 24/7 and has easy parking. The pool is cool and inviting, Cable TV and maid service every third day are included in a weekly rental. The beach is about 5 or 6 blocks from the condo and the nightlife is all located on the main road off of the beach. There is definitely lots of action in Tamarindo, two new bars called Bar UNO and Aqua Discotheque in addition to the existing ones. There is something to do every day and night of the week. Seaside condo for rent (either for short or long terms).
