From the owner

Unique house with tasteful interior. The house was built in 2014 with many glass surfaces and keep very high standard. The top floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room with TV and fireplace and a large terrace with removable glass walls and heating (afternoon sun). There is also a newly built roof terrace with nice views. High speed wireless internet/WiFi.

Room (double bed) and bathroom with shower is found on the upper floor. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, sauna and jacuzzi / spa bath. Large TV room. Cross training machine. Laundry room with washer, dryer and drying cabinet.

In the garden there is a large lawn in addition to a patio with BBQ and outdoor furniture. Children's pool is also available (summertime). Free parking on own driveway.

Very calm area with a big forrest with running/walking tracks just 200 m from the house. 600 m to the sea and 500 m to Djurholms golf course (2 km to the club house). 1,5 km to a big outdoor pool and 2 km to the beach. 300 m to Lahäll station. It takes approx 15 min to the city with the local train. With no traffic jams it takes 10 min by car to the city.

Cleaning routine due to Corona virus (COVID-19):

To make sure that your stay is as safe as possible we are using a professional cleaner who is following a recommended COVID19 cleaning protocol and approved disinfectants for all surfaces like lamp buttons, door handles, remote controls, crane handles etc. During the cleaning windows will be open to increase air circulation.

No smoking inside. No animals. No shoes inside. No big party.

We have a dog living in the house, but of course it won't be there and we will clean properly.

We have cameras around and inside the house that we turn off during your visit.

There is another small separate house on the property but you have the whole house to your self, and they have their own small patio so thay won't disturb you in any way.

Very comfortable and modern house with everthing we needed. Good possibility to travel to Stockholm and to visit the Archipelago. Nice and very clean rooms, good infrastructure in the kitchen.

How do damage deposits work?
