Villa of 450m2 with wonderful views over the bay of Saint Tropez, and at only 110 meters from the beach. The villa consists of the main house of 390 m2, with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed, each with it's own wardrobe and bathroom, and a smaller room with a bunk bed. There is an independent house of 65m2, with it's own kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. All the floors and bathrooms are marble, which makes it nicely cool in the summer. In the garden of 3300m2, with large free formed infinity pool you will find the pool house with sink, toilet and shower. This villa has all the ingredients for a successful holiday in Sainte Maxime.
