In the heart of the village of Saint Paul de Vence, this house of 105metres squares on 2 floors has been completely renovated to offer you a 4-star comfort: jacuzzi, air conditioning, TV 150cm, beds 160x200, Italian leather sofas, kitchen on equipped ... all decorated with original works of art. The entrance made by the ground floor: composed of a large entrance, a kitchen open to the dining room, for a total of 29 me; a living room of 30 sqm equipped with 2 Italian leather sofas (including a sofa bed 2 places 160cmx200, bultex mattress) and a shower room with toilet and sink. A first staircase leads to the Suite: a room of 25 sqm opening onto the bathroom of 14mc with marble sink, WC and Jacuzzi. A separate staircase leads to the 2nd bedroom completely independent: this large room of 25mc is equipped with a bed 2 places and 2 beds 1 place (100x200cm). Please note that for families with 2 children under 12, I put the sofa bed free (ask me for a quote by mail) I do not open the second room. I also have a cot (service also free). We take care of all the linens and a cupboard of kitchen and bathroom is graciously put at your disposal. I finally provide you the Beach towels to lighten your luggage and Final cleaning is included in the price. Two large dressing rooms and a laundry area with a washing machine 7kgs, make this accommodation the ideal place for long stays. You will have the opportunity to park for free in one of the car parks of the village reserved for the inhabitants.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cecile (the owner) a message.

If Cecile (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
