The Luxury Pool Apartment is 107 sqm (1,150 sqft) of spaciousness comprising 7 rooms of 5-star hotel standard for up to 5 people within Villa Seburga - a multi-million Euro property. Open year round, the 12.5 metre heated infinity swimming pool is just a few metres from French Windows opening out from both the Bedroom and the Living Area. Guests have exclusive use of the pool whilst in residence. The Apartment is completely self-contained, comprising a Master Ensuite Bedroom, 2nd bedroom (both bedrooms are air conditioned), two bathrooms, internal dining and living room, poolside terrace dining with electric awnings to adjust for sun and shade, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen and separate guest WC. Satellite TV (main UK channels), DVD Player and library, Sound System and Wi-Fi throughout. Private entrance.

Getting around

A car is useful, although not essential. There is a bus stop at the end of the road, with services to Nice Old Town, Nice Airport, Cagnes-sur-Mer Train Station and Vence. Trains from Cagnes-sur-Mer connect to Nice, Monaco and Italy to the East, as well as Antibes, Cannes and on to Marseille to the West.

Its features include: Infinity Edge with stunning views of the countryside and the Mediterranean Sea. Heated ca 30°C (86F) all year providing a velvety warm water experience, and 'steams' in the Winter months! Diving Board when you need to make a splash. Water Slide for exhilaration (sturdy fibreglass strong enough even for large adults!). Ultra Sunsation Foam Pool Loungers (2.5”/6.4cms thick) for floating relaxation. Pool Terrace Awnings remote controlled to adjust electrically between sun and shade. Infra-red Security Beams to detect toddlers or infants approaching pool edge.

Just got back from a fabulous stay at this villa. We were the first guests post corona shutdown and I was worried we were not going to be able to fly but Michael was great and reassuring that we would have a full refund if that happened. Really good contact throughout. The pool is just stunning and we spent many hours enjoining the water, especially as we filled it up with inflatables! The villa is clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. Air conditioning meant for a great nights sleep. Very hospitable hosts and all in all a lovely place to relax in. Big supermarket only 15mins drive away so we could stock up easily. We would stay here again.

I could go on for hours about the stunning apartment , beautiful views, luxurious facilities, power shower in one bathroom and bath and shower in the other( l'occitane shampoos and shower gels and the fluffiest towels I have ever used) Fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, fantastic location , the heated infinity pool with panoramic views is to absolutely die for, TV that picks up all the English channels ( hubby very happy watching his rugby) BBQ (gas and charcoal depending on your preference), the list I could go on about is endless as I keep thinking of something else as I type....but one of the best things about this place are the owners. From booking to leaving , Denise and Michael go out of their way to ensure you have a fantastic time, from assistance on best ways to hire cars to ensuring there is milk and something nice to drink in the fridge on arrival ( answering all my husbands emails and questions before we got there and believe me he can have a lot) every little thing we could think of needing was there. I was very sad to leave but cant wait till we go back Amazing place, Amazing people, we have already booked for next year and I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone - you wont be disappointed!

Owner's reply: (English Translation) "Mediterranean luxury" Seburga Villa is a luxury residence located in the lush hills of St-Paul-de-Vence and within walking distance of the old fortified village. The residence offers unparalleled comfort and all the necessary equipment (including cooker, microwave, dishwasher, BBQ and laundry room) made us feel at home during our stay. The villa is well appointed and tastefully decorated. The residence of the garden on the ground level offers two large functional bedrooms with respective bathrooms, ideal for a family or a couple of friends who want to share a good time in a beautiful environment. The property offers spectacular views from the master bedroom and huge terrace with stunning infinity pool. It is the ideal place to relax, unwind and rest between excursions on the French Riviera, Monaco, St. Tropez as well as Aix, Grasse, Antibes, Cannes and Nice. In addition to close proximity to St-Paul-de-Vence, nearby there is also a splendid shopping mall (Polygon), excellent restaurants (for all budgets ...) and grocery stores (E. Leclerc). The owners are friendly and extremely helpful. The housekeeper is effective, discreet and pleasant. Villa Seburga is a superb residence for holidays on the Riviera!
