A wonderful luxurious apartment for 6 to 8 people located next to the slopes in St. Martin de Belleville, Les Trois Vallees, France. St Martin is a lovely old village in the heart of the largest ski area in the world with over 600 km pistes. A true paradise for the advanced skier/snowboarder as well as beginners. Ski in-Ski out.Our beautiful duplex apartment is a spacious apartment under the roof next to the slopes. Our apartment has 3 bedrooms in total; two bedrooms downstairs with 2 single beds each (1.00 by 2.00) and another bedroom upstairs with a double bed (1.80 by 2.00m), a stunning view over St. Martin and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Downstairs there is also a sleeping sofa in the living room which sleeps two, another bathroom with a large bathtub (1.80m), a separate toilet, a fully-equipped kitchen, a tv with French as well as English channels, a DVD player, a Bose sound system, Google Chrome cast, a lovely fireplace and a nice balcony with a great view of St. Martin.On top of that, we also have a ski locker with heated shoe dryers (10 pairs) and 2 covered parking spaces for your car. Internet is freely available for our guests.Price includes linen, wood for the fireplace, made beds and end of stay cleaning. Tourist tax (children under 18 don't pay tourist tax) has to be paid at the agency where the keys can be collected. Summer rental is also possible, please contact the owner for prices.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Liesbeth (the owner) a message.

If Liesbeth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
