Notre Offre groupe 6 chambres (230m²) vous offre jusqu'à 15 couchages en 6 chambres + 3 salles de bain-WC;

-Au rez-de-jardin (140m²): Le grand appartement T3**** offre la grande salle de vie adaptée à votre groupe. Mais aussi 6 couchages en 2 chambres + 1 salle de bain+ WC séparé + TV + Billard.

Une grande pièce de vie comprenant le salon, avec télévision grand écran et billard, la salle à manger adaptée au nombre de convives, la grande cuisine américaine et ses comptoirs.

-Au premier étage (n°5+n°6 = 90m²): 9 couchages en 4 chambres + 2 salles de bain avec WC.

- les divers canapés-lits offrent jusqu'à 4 couchages supplémentaires.

-Jardin (360m²): barbecue, terrasse d'été pour manger dehors, stationnement des voitures devant la bâtisse.

Offre standing avec l'appartement T3 étoilé**** spacieux et lumineux de 140m² de plain-pied en rez-de-jardin privé de 360m², climatisé naturellement.

A travers la grande porte-fenêtre et les 6 fenêtres, les différentes vues sur la nature environnante, le jardin, la plaine, les collines, la mer, le village et les couchers de soleil vous émerveilleront tout au long de votre séjour

La terrasse d'été et le barbecue côtoient le jardin privé fleuri et boisé. Vous pourrez vous y relaxer au frais, accompagné par le calme de la nature et le chant des oiseaux ou au contraire prendre quelques couleurs grâce aux bains de soleil.

Les multiples fruitiers vous régaleront selon la saison;

La grande maison est située aux abords du magnifique village typique de Spéloncato, en position centrale pour vos activités: les plages de sable blanc (15km), des petits bassins en rivière (10km), des promenades en forêt (10km) ou du bord du lac (10km).

La micro région de Balagne est la destination touristique de Corse par excellence.

Noyés d'espaces verts, sans vis à vis à l'orée du village typique de Spéloncato qui est l'un des plus beaux de Corse.

L'extérieur est très agréable à vivre et les nuits y sont calmes et douces.

Vous serez ravis par la vue panoramique sur la mer, le lac, les vergers, la plaine et les montagnes. De plus, les couchers de soleil y sont magnifiques.

Aux terrasses d'été, l'apéritif se prend pendant que le barbecue opère, à moins que vous ne préfériez rejoindre à pieds les bar-restaurants du village.
