Villa Caprici ha sido creada por una familia de hoteleros que inició su andadura en Sitges en 1959 y hasta la fecha su filosofía ha sido la de cumplir los sueños o bien los caprichos de sus huéspedes. Villa Caprici Sitges se encuentra ubicada en una zona residencial a tan solo 5 minutos de la playa y del centro. Un entorno ideal para pasar unas vacaciones mediterráneas únicas y exclusivas. A partir de Agosto de 2016 Villa Caprici Sitges abre sus puertas para ofrecer a sus huéspedes una casa señorial con vistas al mar y una ubicación privilegiada con orientación Sur Este perfecta para disfrutar de las puestas de sol. Rodeada de Jardines y zona verde la Villa dispone de todas las comodidades necesarias para disfrutar de una estancia memorable. Vive una experiencia auténtica en una de las primeras casas construidas en la tranquila zona residencial de Vallpineda.

La Villa dispone de 6 habitaciones con una capacidad máxima de 15 personas. 1 habitación en planta baja con cama doble y otra individual, 4 habitaciones en la primera planta – la principal con bañera de hidromasaje, gran vestidor con una capacidad de hasta 6 personas; además de 2 habitaciones triples y 1 habitación doble. En la planta superior encontramos una magnífica suite con 1 cama King size (1.80 m) y una individual, y en el salón un sofá-cama de 1.80m más cama individual.

Villa Caprici Sitges dispone de 5 baños repartidos por la propiedad, grandes terrazas, magnífica cocina bien equipada, gran comedor abovedado y luminoso, impresionante salón señorial con una zona lúdica- TV de50”, DVD con películas, juegos para niños y adultos y biblioteca- y una zona de descanso, zona de lavandería y una bodega centenaria de piedra natural.

En el exterior se puede disfrutar de piscina privada con precioso porche (Horario de acceso piscina 7:00am - 20:00), zona de césped solárium con hamacas, gran terraza con arcos romanos, jacuzzi con agua caliente para 7 personas y zona verde privada para pasear de 10.000 m2 con 5.000 m2 de jardines autóctonos.

A unique living experience in in the quiet residential area of Vallpineda, just 3 kms away from Sitges. Vallpineda offers 24 hour security, mini market, 2 sports centers (tennis, padel, gym), several restaurants and even an equestrian centre.
