“Very Central” Very central is right! The location of this apartment was perfect and ideal. Although July is a very hot time of year to be in Barcelona - and the air conditioning was not what people are used to in the us - this was still a very good arrangement for our needs.

“Perfect family accommodation” We stayed at this apartment with our 4 children 15 13 & 8 year old twins. The apartment was perfectly located. The owner was very welcoming, left some welcome foods and drinks and sweets for the children. The accommodation was very clean with all necessities provided, beds were very comfortable and although on a very busy road it was extremely quiet inside. If we return to Barcelona we will definitely book this accommodation again,

“Truly Fantastic” The house is absolutely wonderful, and a very nice reprise from the city streets of Barcelona, without being very far away. The kitchen is perfection, and its bedrooms are peaceful, with plenty of sunlight. Be sure to to walk around Les Planes while you are there. A nice Sunday stroll to its peak will feel exhilarating, and a few dogs may join you along the way.

An amazing apartment in a great location.

I recently stayed in this apartment with 7 friends. It was perfect. Ideal location and had everything we needed. Lidl store very close by for supplies too. Although only 3 bedrooms for 8 of us the sofa bed was great and very comfortable. It was also easy to put out and away so had plenty of space during the day. 2 bathrooms was a god send too. Would definitely recommend this as a good place to stay in Barcelona. … see more

Fantastic apartment

Barcelona is a fantastic place and this apartment is situated in a great location to see it all! When we were looking to book our accommodation, it was hard to decide where to stay as there are so many areas. We definitely made the right choice with this one! There’s a bus stop right outside the building, that, amongst other places, takes you all along the harbour and beach. The accommodation is a 5 minute walk from the Metro station, which is very easy to use. We were able to get into the heart of the city within ten minutes. If you prefer to walk, you’re 5 minutes from the start of La Rambla. You can either walk up it, taking you into the city, or go down it and to the harbour. In the harbour, you can catch various boat rides around the coastline. If you carry walking for approximately 5 minutes more you’ll find yourself in the Gothic Quarter. The apartment itself was perfect for us. It’s clean, spacious and very well equipped. The WiFi was excellent, (which pleased the kids) along with the Xbox and Chromecast. The air-conditioning in the apartment was great after a long day of site-seeing and I would say it’s almost essential in the summer. The balcony looks out over the harbour and castle, where you can watch the cable car going to and from the top of the hill/mountain. Last of all, Stan and Andrea (the owners) were great. Andrea was waiting for us at the apartment, where she gave us the keys and showed us around. Stan was on hand via text or WhatsApp with any advice or help we wanted. He gave us recommendations for events and restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would love to visit Barcelona again and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here! … see more

Fantastic stay!

The apartment is located in the Poble Sec area, right on a pedestrianised street that comes alive at night with tapas bars. Great food and drink right on your door step. We absolutely loved the area, it was full of locals and not too touristy. The nearest Metro station is an easy 3 minute walk away and you are only a couple of stops from La Rambla. The apartment had everything you would want for a really comfortable stay. Although on a lively street, the apartment was lovely and quiet. Sergio, who met us on arrival, was super helpful showing us the apartment and local area. There is a great Jespac supermarket and bank with cash machines on the Parallel, literally 2 minutes from the apartment. The local Mercat de Sant Antoni is also worth a visit. We will definitely return and have already recommended this apartment to friends. … see more

Lovely Little House in the Hills

We chose this holiday rental because we liked the idea of being away from the tourists and having our own space to relax in, The excellent reviews are well deserved as Lolo is an excellent host - very helpful and easy to contact - always replying quickly to any queries. The house is in a nice quiet area with great views over the city. There is a small supermarket next door that sells all the essentials but there is a larger and much better stocked supermarket about 10 minutes down the hill on the bus. The buses are the best way to get around - there is a bus stop 5 minute walk down the hill that takes you all the way to the beach - the bus is the V23 and will drop you directly outside the house on the way back! If you are using cash on the bus (2.20 Euros) try and make sure you have the correct money and please give up your seats for the elderly/people with small children as people in Barcelona are very polite and this is how they behave. This was our fourth visit to Barcelona - we have stayed in 5 star hotels/air bnb/ apartments, but this was our favourite. This house is in a great location to visit all the major sights - Lolo very helpful with sending information before you arrive. Quick tip - all the major sights were very busy during our holiday - so it might be a good idea to book them online before you go. Would highly recommend this cosy home from home. … see more
SUITUR OLYMPIC APARTMENT
Perfect location for a Barcelona get away.

We chose this apartment due to its great location and because our three boys wanted a pool. The apartment is a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to a metro station and only a slightly longer walk to the beach. It’s a really family friendly apartment with a great balcony overlooking the pool. The air con was brilliant too which makes sleeping that much easier as the city gets really humid in August. Another plus is that the apartment is only a short walk from the park and zoo so we were very happy with the location. There is also a big shopping complex with a supermarket one street down. The biggest plus for the apartment though is the owners, Javier and Paula were brilliantly helpful with transfers to and from the airport, local advice for restaurants and shops as well as attractions that the boys might enjoy.
