From the owner

Centrally located on a quiet, small street in the town center, this apartment is only a one-minute walk from the main beach. The apartment's unique location means that you can 'shop til you drop' in the nearby stores, eat out in some of Sitges' famous restaurants, or just chill-out with a beer in one of the seafront bars. If you want a taste of Sitges art and culture, you are only seconds away from the most important museums, art galleries, churches and the stunning public library.

The street where the apartment is located runs directly to Sofía Avenue. The apartment contains a modern, fully equipped kitchen, two spacious double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with bath and shower, a comfortable sitting room and a big well decorated terrace. This is perfect for relaxing after a hard day's sightseeing in Barcelona or dining with friends in the summer.

The bedrooms, decorated in a cool Mediterranean style have a clam, relaxed ambience. They contain one double bed (1.6 m wide), two built-in cupboards, bed tables and lamps and are totally independent one from another. If you want to have a 5th or 6th guest to stay, the sitting room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 m wide) and a dining table with 6 chairs for entertaining. There is also a TV. For maximum comfort, the sitting-room has remote controlled air-conditioning for summer and a very good heating system for winter.

This apartment is situated at the back of the building; it's a perfect place to unwind in peace and quiet. Its design allows you to enjoy natural light all day long and its homely, practical decoration means you can relax in comfort. In the flat you will find bed linen and towels for four people. In case you have guests, sheets and blankets are provided for the sofa bed.

We have been offering our apartments for turists for more than 15 years.

We have a Spanish School in the centre of Sitges, where guests can pass by, and collect the keys and all the instructions for spending memorable holiday in our apartments.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Eduardo (the owner) a message.

If Eduardo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
