Bonito apartamento en el paseo marítimo de Sitges con unas maravillosas vistas al mar. Situado frente a la playa de Sitges y en pleno centro de la ciudad, ideal para alojar a familias o grupo de amigos.

Perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones y disfrutar del sol y de la playa en su gran terraza. Consta de dos habitaciones y comedor con vistas al mar, cocina completa independiente y baño con ducha. Dispone de aire acondicionado, wifi internet gratuito, Tv lcd y TV por satelite., detector de humos y calefactores.

La cocina independiente equipada con nevera, cafetera Dolce Gusto, hervidor de agua, microondas, tostadora, exprimidor y todo lo necesario para cocinar. Dispone de dos dormitorios con grandes ventanales ( con persianas y doble acristalamiento ), un dormitorio con una cama doble y otro dormitorio con 2 camas individuales y una cama extraible para una quinta persona, con salida a la terraza frente al mar. Consta de un baño completo, con ducha, toallas y secador.

El apartamento está situado en el centro de la ciudad, al lado de restaurantes, cafeterias, tiendas, museos... y cerca de la estación del tren y el autobús. Su situación permite disfrutar desde la terraza de la mayoria de celebraciones y eventos que tienen lugar en la ciudad.

El acceso al apartamento tiene 4 escalones para acceder al ascensor.

ATENCIÓN: El apartamento se acondicionará para el número de huéspedes para los que se realice la reserva.

ATENCIÓN: las personas que superen las plazas reservadas se les cobrará un extra de 20 € por día y persona, en efectivo y a la llegada del huésped.

Se ruega dejar el apartamento en las condiciones que es entregado.

Queda totalmente prohibido realizar fiestas y actividades que puedan molestar a los vecinos.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carlos (the owner) a message.

If Carlos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
