Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at Vacayzen This includes bikes, beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!

Seabreeze Cottage #45 is a fabulous three story home located in the community of Seabreeze Cottages! This beach home is located on scenic 30A, just across the street from the beautiful sugar white beaches, and is within minutes of all the shopping, entertainment and all of the dining options 30A has to offer. This 3 story family beach home has all the makings for an unforgettable beach vacation. Each floor offers an outdoor deck for every guest to get the most of the sun and gulf views. There is also a community pool just steps away from the home, so you can relax your cares away after a fun day at the beach.

As you enter the first level of the home you will find the first two bedrooms! The first is a master suite with king sized bed, private bathroom and access to the patio! The second is a guest bedroom with TWO queen beds and its own private bathroom! As you make your way to the second level, you will enter the main living space. The open concept living kitchen and dining area are beautifully decorated and full of beachy charm that will make you feel right at home. There is a dining room table for 7-8 plus room for 4 additional at the breakfast bar. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need when you want to stay in and cook dinner! Have your morning cup of coffee on the covered second level patio! This level also features another guest bedroom with a shared bathroom.

The third floor houses and "master suite" with a king sized bed and private balcony. Sit back and take in the breathtaking views of the gulf and unbeatable sunsets from the third level!

All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, conditioning shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x2) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X2), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
