De villa ligt op 1 van de mooiste plekken van het domaine Les Demeures du Luc. In een prachtige eigen tuin van 6000m2 vol met lavendel, oleanders, olijven, druiven en natuurlijk provencaalse kruiden. De tuin heeft een aantal terrassen met een fantastisch panorama uitzicht op de Vaucluse, Luberon en de Alpilles. Midden in de tuin, tussen de druiven en oleanders, ligt het prive zwembad.
Direct vanuit de tuin beginnen de mooie fiets en wandelroutes dwars door de Monts de Vaucluse. De villa is een prima beginpunt om de Mt Ventoux met de fiets te beklimmen. Op het domaine is een receptie met nederlandse beheerders, ook nog een algemeen (groot) zwembad met peuterbadje, een tennisbaan en een jeu de boules baan.
In de ochtend is er vers brood bij de receptie (Mei-Sept).
Dichtbij het domaine loopt de rivier de Sorgue, een rivier met leuke stroomversnellingen en watervalletjes en hier kunt u kanoen. Een 18 holes golfbaan (Provence Golf Club) is gelegen op 5 minuten.
De beroemde plaatsjes Gordes, Rousillion, Lacoste en Bonnieux liggen om de hoek
Activiteiten in de Provence:
De provence biedt een prachtige natuur, een heerlijk klimaat en een interessante omgeving. Zowel natuur- en cultuurliefhebbers komen er aan hun trekken. Dicht bij het park kunt u de kano instappen om een mooie riviertocht maken. De bekende en toeristische plaatsjes Fontaine de Vaucluse (bekend vanwege zijn indrukwekkende bron) en Isle sur la Sorgue (bekend vanwege zijn vele antiek- en brocantewinkeltjes en markten), ook wel het Venetie van de Provence genoemd, zijn binnen een paar minuten met de auto bereikbaar. Avignon met zijn beroemde Palais du Pape, Pont d’Avignon en gezellige oude binnenstad ligt op een 1/2 uur afstand. Vele andere bekende plaatsjes en bezienswaardigheden liggen in deze omgeving. Ook is er iedere dag wel ergens een lokale markt te bezoeken.

De villa is ca. 200m2 en de tuin 6000m2.
Op de begane grond bevindt zich de ruime woonkamer (ca. 45m2) met flatscreen TV (104cm full HD) met nederlandse zenders en dvd-speler,radio met cd-speler, aparte keuken in provencaalse stijl, een apart toilet en een 2 persoonsslaapkamer met airco, eigen douche en wastafel. Op de 1e verdieping bevinden zich nog drie 2-persoonsslaapkamers met airco, een grote badkamer met bad en douche en een aparte toilet en een prachtig overdekt terras met werkelijk fabuleus uitzicht op de wijde omgeving. De keuken is compleet met oven en vaatwasser.
Buiten: Op de terrassen buiten staat het loungemeubilair en een grote teakhouten eettafel waar u perfect, evt met gasten in provencaalse sfeer kunt dineren. Direkt voor de villa ligt het grote privezwembad (10 x 4) voorzien van ligstoelen en schaduwplaatsen. Bij het zwembad heeft u 100% privacy en toch een prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving. Het zwembad is ook voorzien van een warmtedek waardoor het water ook in voor- en najaar goed op temperatuur is.
Het privé zwembad is geopend van april tot en met oktober. In de grote garage staat de wasmachine met tevens een extra koelkast.
