The apartment is located in the centre of Sao Martinho do Porto, 100 m from the supermarket and 50 m from the indoor market where you can buy daily fresh fruits, vegables as well as freshly caught fish.

After a short walk of 400 m through the picturesque town, you arrive on the beach, which is considerend one of the most beautiful bays of Portugal!

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in livingroom and the 2 bedrooms, satelite TV, free internet connection, electric blinds and a unique privat terras of almost 60m².

The kitchen provides oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer.

Both bedrooms have a large wardrobe. There is one bathroom with bathtub/shower, bidet, toilet and sink. There is also a seperate toilet with washing sink.

On the top af the building you have a common swimming pool, children' s pool, jacuzzi and gym with a fantastic view on the city and bay.

    If Sylvia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
