Amplio dúplex con terraza y solárium, situado a 10 minutos de la playa y cerca de zonas de ocio, restaurantes y servicios. La casa se encuentra en una urbanización tranquila, con piscinas, pista multideporte y parque infantil. Con parada de autobús a 100 metros de la puerta de la urbanización. Enclave excepcional entre las ciudades de Elche y Alicante, a 10 km del aeropuerto.

El alojamiento dispone de 2 habitaciones, ideal para 4 personas con posibilidad de ampliar hasta 6 huéspedes.

Consta de 3 plantas con terraza, dos soláriums, porche y zona de jardín exterior. Aire acondicionado con bomba de calor tanto en salón como en habitaciones.

En la planta baja encontramos el salón comedor con sofá cama de dos plazas, cocina independiente con equipación completa, aseo con ducha y galería con lavadora. Además dispone de zona de jardín con barbacoa.

En la primera planta encontramos dos dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y otro con dos camas. Tiene en la habitación pequeña un escritorio con una ventana con mucha luz, que sirve de zona de trabajo. Baño completo y otra terraza donde disfrutar del soleado clima de la zona.

En la tercera planta hay dos solárium más.

La casa está dentro de una tranquila urbanización con aparcamiento. Dispone de 3 piscinas comunitarias de diferentes tamaños, jardines, parque infantil, chiringuito y pista polideportiva. Con acceso directo a la sierra de Santa Pola desde la urbanización, dónde se pueden realizar rutas de senderismo o bici.

Dotación de la casa:

COCINA: Horno, vitro, microondas, nevera con congelador de 1.85m, vajilla completa, cafetera, tostador.

SALÓN COMEDOR: Sofá cama dos plazas, mobiliario de calidad, televisión de 47’ con TV satélite, aire acondicionado con bomba de calor.

GALERIA: Lavadora.

DORMITORIOS: Armarios empotrados, aire acondicionado con bomba de calor, cama de matrimonio en el principal y dos camas individuales en el secundario. Equipamiento textil completo. Posibilidad de cuna.

BAÑO: Toallas, secador de pelo, jabón, papel higiénico.

JARDÍN: Mesa y sillas, tumbonas, sombrilla, barbacoa.

Otros aspectos destacables:

Buena ubicación, muy cerca de Arenales del Sol y Santa Pola. A 10 minutos en coche de la playa del Carabassí, una de las mejores playas de la zona, con amplia oferta para la práctica de deportes naúticos y ocio. Posibilidad de practicar parapente en la zona del acantilado.

A un paso de la zona de mercadillo (abierto jueves), polideportivo municipal (con pistas de pádel). Transporte público. Con restaurantes y comercios en los alrededores.

A 20 minutos a pie del Mirador del Faro, mirador de reciente construcción suspendido en el acantilado con vistas a la bahía de Alicante e Isla de Tabarca.
