Particularly suitable for those who want to enjoy a relaxing stay and nature, Casale is a beautiful country house, located in an ideal place for your stay in Italy and Marche. Thanks to a large outdoor courtyard with about 10000 meters of nature park, olive trees, fruit trees and the isolated position, your children can laugh, run, play without bothering to disturb the neighbors. Sheets and towels (guest and towel) are included (shower towels on request) NOT suitable for newborns. Child from 2 years on You will find a separate kitchen equipped with everything you need to make your stay more comfortable: Coffee maker, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Kitchen, Toaster, Kitchen utensils. At Casale you will also find an iron and a hairdryer. If you want, you can also take advantage of the multimedia system: TV with card reader and USB In addition, you will not have to worry about your car. you can park without problems. Our farmhouse is located in the Parco del Conero in a strategic position, halfway between sea and mountain (about 30 Min.) During your stay, you will be the only guests to enjoy the house. Discover the beauty of the Marche and feel at home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angela (the owner) a message.

If Angela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
