Description

The main villa which is lived in by the caretaker of the property has 3 separate modernly furnished apartments that all share 1 large pool and deck with sea views from the pool area . One of these 3 apartments is this property -The apartment is located in a peaceful residential part of Mellieha village Malta. The apartment is accessible via a common entrance leading to steps directly to the apartment unit. The apartment is very modern in design and furnishing is of a high standard for maximum comfort. The spacious open plan living room has a large sofa and TV connected to the local Cable TV provider. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and leads to the kitchen. Dining is for up to 6 persons with further seating in the kitchen. This private owners property is being offered for self catering holiday rental accommodation in Malta, Mellieha, close to several sandy beaches and attractions. The pool is of a large size in comparison to other similar properties and has an enormous pool deck, with sea views , fully equipped with Showers, deck chairs and BBQ for dining outside. A table by the pool is also available when required for dining by the pool. Holiday accommodation is for 4 to 6 persons. 4 persons sleep in 2 bedrooms, 2 in the double bedroom and 2+2 in the other bedroom which has two single beds and a sofa that opens up as a bed may be used for 2 further persons or children. A cot is also available.

The area: From this residential area, its just a walk towards the village centre. Having a car when doing shopping is helpful and always better to get around but is not entirely necessary. The village has its own Restaurants right on the seaside or village centre, cafes , banks, ATM machines that accept all major credit cards as well as the shops. Should you wish to get around by bus this is possible and relatively inexpensive, for getting to other areas. The Gozo Channel ferry line is quite close to Mellieha and one may also spend a day on Gozo or Comino and the blue lagoon whether for fun relaxation or curiosity. There are also several beaches to choose from that are nearby from Mellieha bay to Golden sands and ghajn tuffieha. You will enjoy some fantastic scenery from the hilltops of the village and especially from near the church where you can sit and enjoy a coffee, drink or snack

People are gently asked to take care of this apartment while enjoying their holidays. This a holiday apartment with a difference. “Lovely time had by all, Alison and Gez go out of their way to make our stay fab”

Lovely location close to most amenities, large well-stocked supermarket, restaurants, pubs etc ..... beautiful views out into the bay. Alison and Jez are the most kind, helpful couple, nothing is too much trouble ... they collected us from the airport, gave us a tour of the area, drove us to our wedding venue on the day, plus drove us back to the airport (all for no cost!) .... cabs for the aforementioned would have been at least 100 euros, so you can deduct that from your holiday costs ... all in all a lovely experience, would go again, thank you Alison and Jez!

“Amazing Villa & Lovely Owners”

I booked this villa for my hen do for 7 of us. Before we arrived, I said that if we fond 80% of what the photos shown, it would be superb. Well... only thing I can say is that the villa photos are underselling it as it's much much better than it looks. The owners are the most lovely people you could meet, they are helpful but you won't notice they are around (they are living on the top apartment). The apartment is very well kept, the view is lovely and the pool looks great although we didn't use due to our busy schedules. My sis-in-law is already planning her return there and all the girls asked for the details. Highly recommended!

The 3 bedroom apartment exceeded all our expectations upon arrival! Huge, spacious, all mod cons and with the unexpected coolness inside that didn't require the a/c on all the time! My husband is quite picky about the llaces we stay, wanting luxury at all costs for the two weeks' holiday he gives himself in the year and he couldn't find fault with this place! The owners, Alison and Jesmond were nothing short of hospitable and accommodating at all times! They went out of their way to make the place like home and ours every chance they got! Each apartment has its own patio area, BBQ and place to hang clothes. There is a communal washing machine that you're free to use at any time and the site of the villa is nothing short of spectacular for the views and the peace, and still only 10 mins walk from the Main Street for the buses and shops. The pool area is serene, with a jacuzzi/baby pool and lovely loungers and couch and shaded area to suit everyone! Alison and Jesmond made this one of our favourite holidays to date, always greeting us with a smile! They were even great with the kids (6,4,2)! As we holiday regularly in Malta, we have already booked this apartment for next year's vacation! A real gem in the heart of one of the most beautiful places in Malta!! Thank you for a wonderful, peaceful, restful stay!

We stayed here in June with our 5 children, it was fantastic lovely people, apartment, views, and facilities. We travelled for a family wedding and Alison and Jes really helped with all our needs, we really couldn't have asked for better. Will definitely stay here again it made the Malta experience great.

une location réunissant de nombreuses qualités: accueil irréprochable, propriétaires demeurant sur place particulièrement discrets mais serviables à la demande, logements et espaces verts très bien entretenus, magnifique piscine, mobilier de jardin impeccable et barbecue neuf, vue imprenable, stationnement devant la maison constamment disponible, quartier tranquille, commerces à 5 minutes à pied, circulation en voiture aisée et à proximité des principaux axes de circulation, bus en face des commerces. Voiture indispensable pour accéder au bord de mer. Machine à laver partagée entre l'ensemble des logements. Les 2 appartements actuellement en location de tourisme font partie d'un ensemble de 4 logements, dont celui des propriétaires. Idéal pour des vacances en "tribu" familiale ou entre amis
