Agréable villa pour 6 personnes, tout confort 3 chambres 100 M2 entièrement rénovée,détecteur de fumée, insonorisée,coffre-fort (200 m de la plage). Climatisation dans chaque pièce + mobilier neuf, sur terrain privé et sécurisé de 1.500 m², clôturé par un mur.

Entrée privée,interphone, portail électrique ( 4,50 M ) + télécommande .Parking privé gratuit ,(3 véhicules possibles dont 2 avec bateau en remorque )

Jardin + système éclairage avec télécommande, barbecue,transats ,parasol . Terrasse 40 m² bien exposée. Salle de bain haute gamme offrant deux vasques + linge de bain fourni,+sèche cheveux ,douche spacieuse à l'italienne .Toilettes séparées. La literie offre un confort supérieur et est répartie comme suit : chambre N° 1 un grand lit 2 personnes ,matelas confort supérieur (160 / 200 ), puis deux autres chambres avec chacune, deux lits simples, matelas confort supérieur 100/ 200 .Les oreillers sont de confort supérieur + deux supplémentaires ergonomiques. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
