"La Cigale Sanaryenne" est composée d'un SÉJOUR (comprenant un canapé-lit 2 places) sur BALCON, d'une CUISINE, d'une LOGGIA avec bureau, de 2 CHAMBRES (permettant 5 couchages dans de confortables lits), d'une SALLE D'EAU moderne et d'un WC suspendu.

Le logement dispose d'une B-BOX MIAMi. Il y a ainsi la WIFI ainsi que de nombreuses chaines de télévision , dont étrangères...

La CLIMATISATION dans le logement a été installée récemment. Pour plus de confort, les bouches de ventilation ont été positionnées de manière indirecte afin que l'air frais produit ne soit pas directement dirigé vers les lits, la table à manger ou le canapé... UNE SENSATION DE BIEN-ETRE envahit ainsi l'habitat pendant les périodes de fortes chaleurs!...

Après avoir effectué vos emplettes sur le Port au le MARCHÉ de Sanary, qui a été ÉLU "LE PLUS BEAU MARCHÉ DE FRANCE" en 2018, vous pourrez facilement élaborer de bons petits plats régionaux car la CUISINE est parfaitement équipée.

Il y a également de nombreuses places facilement accessibles et gratuites à moins de 2 minutes à pieds !..

Le LINGE DE MAISON est fourni SANS SUPPLÉMENT dans sa totalité (DRAPS, SERVIETTES de toilette et TORCHONS, (hors serviettes de plage et couverture (turbulette) bébé pour le lit parapluie)). Vous aurez ainsi le plaisir de TROUVER VOTRE LIT FAIT A L’ARRIVÉE. Le MÉNAGE DE DÉPART (comprenant une remise en état raisonnable - hors sortie des poubelles et le lavage de la vaisselle-) EST ASSURÉ.

Nous sommes un couple avec 2 enfants, amoureux de Sanary-sur-Mer et de sa magnifique région. Nous avons acquis cet appartement récemment, à titre de résidence secondaire, pour nous y rendre régulièrement et profiter ainsi du soleil et de la mer le plus souvent possible... Nous l'avons fait entièrement refaire à neuf et équipé à notre goût en cherchant à soigner au mieux la décoration et le confort. Notre objectif est de proposer un bien de qualité dans les meilleures conditions possibles. Votre bien-être sera notre récompense !
