Spacious, comfortable and modern holiday home in the south of Gran Canaria between Playa del Águila and Playa del Pirata.

It is located on the first floor, the building has two entrances, we provide you with a code to use the entrance that is closer to the supermarket and go down to the first floor.

From the gardens of the establishment there is direct access to the promenade that takes you directly to the coast, the coves and the sandy beach of El Pirata.

The exterior, modern and bright property overlooks the sea and the swimming pool. It has a spacious and functional distribution, which creates a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. Refurbished in May 2020, sustainability was taken into account when choosing the materials and layout of the accommodation.

One of the highlights are the views, as it has a large window to enjoy the views of the sea, the swimming pool and the manicured gardens.

The living/dining room has a chaise longue sofa bed in front of the wall-mounted smart TV, a dining bar for three people with comfortable seating, from where you can also work, thanks to high speed internet, aided by the inspiration of the views.

The bedroom has a 1.5 metre wide double bed, with a chest for storage, such as suitcases, and another smart TV in front of the bed.

The American style kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances and has an island for cooking while enjoying the views, as well as a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

The bathroom is very comfortable, with plenty of light, a large mirror as well as the washbasin, shower tray, hairdryer and storage space.

The surroundings are ideal for a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle of overcrowded tourism. Between two beaches, but at the same time, surrounded by the best beaches such as San Agustín, Las Burras, Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés, where you will find large shopping areas, shopping centres, such as the well-known Yumbo (five minutes away by car), restaurants, leisure, bus stop and hospitals, all less than 10 minutes away by car.
