Moonah Woodlands Resort is a short 10 min walk to the Blairgowrie beach or a 2 min drive in the car to the Blairgowrie shops and the Rye City Centre which has a range of shops, cafes and restaurants are close at hand and are no more than 3 minutes away by car. Nestled between the Front and Back Beach, the drive is no longer than 3 to 5 minutes in either direction.
We are so well positioned that we are just an 8 minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs and several world class golf courses such as Moonah Links Golf Club. Mornington Peninsula wineries, Dromana Drive-In, Arthurs Seat Mountain and skylift, Enchanted Maze are also all within close reach

We have a strict NO PARTIES policy and no we do not accept ‘Schoolies’ or any type of party or event. Gatherings involving people other than those staying at the house, anti social behavior and / or loud music late at night are not allowed and will result in forfeiture of the security bond
PARKING:
Parking is available in the driveway for up to eight cars. Off street parking is not permitted
PET POLICY:
This is property is unsuitable for pets - strictly no pets allowed
