Stone house completely renovated. with every comfort. Located outside the village of Rougiers, in the heart of Green Provence and the center of the regional park of the holy balm. A shaded terrace and a garden with sun loungers enable you to enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of our beautiful region. The village of 1,600 inhabitants Rougiers offers beautiful walks in the surrounding mountains, on foot or bicycle, you can admire the vegetation and southernmost flora. A tennis court and a playground for children are also accesible in the village center. An equestrian center at 1 km from the house can also be enjoyed by young and old. Golf of Sainte Baume 4 kms offers fans of the great days of fun. Not far away, you can enjoy the joys of swimming in the river at 5 kms or 45 minutes drive into the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. You can also visit the creeks of Cassis, good mother Marseille, The Basilica of Saint Maximin, the beautiful city of Aix en Provence, the Gorges du Verdon, all the Var Coast and many other beautiful sights that you will to explore.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
