Beautiful 3 double bedroom, 2 full bathroom villa, 2390 sq ft, with possibly one of the very best locations and views in the whole of Rotonda West.

“Golf Course Vista” is a fantastically positioned villa in the Long Meadow area of Rotonda West. This spacious villa, with exceptional, private, uninterrupted south facing views of Long Marsh Golf Course and lakes, is very well suited for a quiet, relaxing stay.

The villa is located at the absolute end of a cul-de-sac, which means no traffic at all, and also, due to the circular set up of the three houses on the cul-de-sac, absolutely no visibility of any neighbors from the pool and deck area, but with a 180 degree view of the golf course and various lakes.

The large heated pool has a fantastic blue water feel. It features solar heating, as well as optional electric heating, and is cleaned and maintained on a weekly basis. The surrounding private deck area is south facing, with sun all day, and provides ample space for lounging, including dining and lounging facilities under shaded cover. For those enjoying grilling, a three burner gas operated Weber Genesis grill is available.

The house, bathrooms, kitchen and pool have been totally beautifully remodeled giving it a luxury feel.

The large living room with two sofas is south facing towards the pool and deck area, and has large pocket sliders, giving the feeling of outside living, with again fabulous views. It also has a 65 inch flat screen Smart TV.

The deck has a six person dining table and comfortable chairs, (up to) four outside Lazy Boy recliners, and four very comfortable loungers.

The cozy den is located off the breakfast nook, and also has delightful south facing views to the golf course, and a slider to the pool. Again two comfortable sofas and a 50 inch flat screen Smart TV.

The master bedroom with king-size bed and comfortable memory foam mattress has sliders to the pool and is connected to the master bathroom and walk-in closet. A flat screen TV is located in a cabinet.

The master bathroom has double vanities with granite countertops, a stylish free standing tub, and a spacious walk-in shower.

The remaining two bedrooms both have new queen beds and their own closet spaces. One bedroom has a 48 inch flat screen TV, the other bedroom features a desk and chair with reading light under the window - ideal for working from home.

Both bedrooms share the second bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and granite countertop.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, . It features ample cutlery, crockery, glasses, poolware, etc as we are aware that you can never have enough, as well as a large amount of cookware. A four piece toaster, kettle, popcorn maker are sandwich grille are also at your disposal. The house also has 4 different coffee machines to cater to everyone's preference: a filter coffee machine, a Keurig machine, a Nespresso coffee maker and finally a Delonghi manual espresso machine with cappuccino maker, that requires ground coffee.

The separate washing room has an efficient and easy to operate front loading washing machine, with adjacent front loading dryer and sink.

The house has a double garage with remote control access. In the garage you will find five adult bikes, and two child bikes for your usage. We also include plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and cool boxes that can be used. And two shark teeth rakes for your trips to nearby Manasota Key beach and other fabulous beaches! Notwithstanding the gear mentioned above, the garage is large enough to easily fit any car.

The whole house and deck features high speed Wi-Fi. A fixed line phone can be used for all your calls within USA and Canada, free of charge.

If you are interested in exercising inside the house during your stay, we have a brand new exercise bike at your disposal.

Our local property manager lives nearby and is very responsive is case you have any questions or issues during your stay.

All in all, Golf Course Vista has all the elements to make your stay a memorable one!
