Description

“Golf Course Vista” is a fantastically located villa in the Long Meadow area of Rotonda West. This spacious villa, with exceptional, uninterrupted views of Long Marsh Golf Course, is very well suited for a quiet, relaxing stay.

The villa is located at the absolute end of a cul-de-sac, which means no traffic at all, and also, due to the circular set up of the three houses on the cul-de-sac, absolutely no visibility of any neighbors from the pool and deck area, but with a 180 degree view of the golf course and various lakes.

The heated pool and deck area are south facing, with sun all day. The pool has brand new solar heating, as well as optional electric heating.

The house, bathrooms, kitchen and pool have been beautifully remodeled in the summer of 2015. The pool has been resurfaced, giving it a fantastic blue water feel. Both bathrooms have been renovated with granite countertops, and a freestanding tub has been installed in the master bedroom. All appliances in the kitchen are brand new (2015) stainless steel.

The large living room with two sofas is south facing towards the pool and deck area, and has large pocket sliders, giving the feeling of outside living, with again fabulous views. It also has a 50 inch flat screen Smart TV.

The deck has a six person dining table and comfortable chairs, (up to) four outside Lazy Boy recliners, and two very comfortable loungers.

The cozy den is located off the breakfast nook, and also has delightful south facing views to the golf course, and a slider to the pool. Again two sofas and 48 inch flat screen TV.

The master bedroom with king-size bed and new very comfortable memory foam mattress (2015) has sliders to the pool and is connected the master bathroom and walk-in closet. A flat screen TV is located in a cabinet.

The master bathroom has double sinks, a free standing tub, and a walk-in shower – all totally remodeled in 2015.

The remaining two bedrooms both have new queen beds and their own closet spaces. Both bedrooms share the second bathroom with walk-in shower and granite countertop

The kitchen is fully equipped with all new stainless steel appliances, the usual extra’s (toaster, filter coffee machine, etc.), but also has an additional Keurig coffee maker if preferred. It features ample cutlery, crockery, glasses, poolware, etc as we are aware that you can never have enough.

The separate washing room has a front loading washing machine, front loading dryer and sink.

The house has a double garage with remote control access. In the garage you will find three adult bikes, and three child bikes for your usage. We also include two full golf sets, and have plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and coolboxes that can be used. And two shark teeth rakes for your trips to Venice beach!

The whole house and deck features high speed Wi-Fi. A fixed line phone can be used for all your calls within North America, free of charge.
