Apartamento de 3 habitraciones y 2 cuartos de baño completos.

Una de las habitaciones frente a la puerta principal de la casa. Total 5 camas,y una de las camas es doble. Esta situada en primera linea de playa con extraordinarias vistas al mar y espectaculares amaneceres. Completamente amueblado, TVde plasma HD y toda la casa con aire acondicionado.Parking a demanda es un extra pero no siempre esta disponible.

No se permiten perros.

One of the rooms in front of the main door of the house. Total of 5 beds and one of the beds is double. It is located on the seafront just 20 seconds working to the beach with extraordinary views of the sea and spectacular sunrises. Fully furnished, HD plasma TV, and the whole house with air conditioning. Parking on demand is an extra but is not always available.

Dogs are not allowed.

Wir haben einen Portier, der sich das ganze Jahr über um das Gebäude kümmert. Die Wohnung ist auch für diese Fälle versichert. Ich habe auf Ihre Bitte reagiert, das Schloss zu ändern, damit sie ruhig sind und die Feiertage nicht genießen können, weil es wirklich notwendig war. Wenn es einen Raubüberfall gegeben hat, bitte ich Sie, mich zu benachrichtigen und mir den entsprechenden Bericht an die Polizei zu senden, damit ich handeln kann. Ich erinnere Sie auch daran, dass Sie die Internetrechnung nicht bezahlt haben. Bitte senden Sie die Beschwerde an mich und wenn Sie möchten, können Sie sie hier einfügen, damit jeder sie sehen kann. Wenn Sie diese Beschwerde nicht haben, verstehe ich, dass Ihr Kommentar in irrationaler Angst ist ... Die Schlösser wurden im Dezember geändert. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Oliver (the owner) a message.

If Oliver (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
