One bedroom with 3 bunk beds, desk, picture window access to the balcony and door separation from the living room with a sofa for a couple, round table, chairs, wardrobe and TV, large window with access to balcony, kitchen with dish by passing the living room with electric hob, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, a bathroom with tub and toilet 4th floor with elevator - exhibition South/West - private pool and solarium -100m from the beach between Menton (1 km) and Monaco (6 km) - Near shops

The bus line N°100 conveys you throughout the French riviera to Nice and Cannes. Take advantage and organize you even your excursions. Cost of the transport 1 euro.
Nearby Menton. You will find markets, coffees (cafés), casino, musés and during the summer periods numerous of animations and festivitees.

Italy is quite close and Vintimiglia is only in 10 minutes by the train while Monaco, 6 km in the opposite

Located between Monaco and Menton, with the foot of the Alps, the Town of Roquebrune-Cape-Martin (933 hectares) whose various districts are staged at the edge of the Mediterranean, on a shore of 7 kilometers, is a health resort of Riviera Française of reputation.

One distinguishes in his centre five urban units with the marked identities:
•Saint-novel, at the border Monegasque, accommodating structured sector of the infrastructures of sports and leisures (Monte Carlo Country Club, Beach…),
•Cabbé, Good Voyage and Serret, sectors residential mainly suburban, sometimes diffuse, sometimes dense, where particularly sloping topography offers the typical image of Riviera Française. One finds in these sectors several elements of the architectural and cultural heritage of the commune (E-1027, Cabanon of Le Corbusier, Good Chapelle Travel…),
•The old village, combining the picturesque traditional one (perched village) with testimonys of last (castle of Xème century) and with the marks of modernity (new district of Rataou),
