Villa Torre è un antico casale prossimo al borgo storico di Ripatransone, nel sud delle Marche.

La proprietà si estende lungo il versante di una collina, immersa tra oliveti, vigneti e campi coltivati, con una splendida vista che si perde sulle campagne circostanti, dal mare Adriatico ai Monti Sibillini, con il borgo storico di Ripatransone alle sue spalle. Ripatransone è circondato da una antica cortina muraria ed all'interno del suo centro storico, vanta edifici di epoca medioevale, rinascimentale e barocca: la Cattedrale, Il Santuario della Madonna di San Giovanni, il Palazzo Comunale, il Palazzo del Podestà, il Teatro Comunale Mercantini. Il paese sorge in una posizione tanto panoramica da meritarsi l'appellativo di "Belvedere del Piceno". È famoso per una sua strettissima via: il "Vicolo più stretto d'Italia", di soli 43 centimenti di larghezza! I piatti tipici della zona sono insaporiti con l'olio extra vergine di oliva e gustati insieme a vini DOC quali il Falerio dei Colli Ascolani ed il Rosso Piceno Superiore.

Altri piccoli e affascinanti borghi nelle vicinanze sono: Offida, Ascoli Piceno, Acquaviva Picena e Fermo.

La Costa Adriatica dista solo 10 minuti d'auto ed offre chilometri di lungomare denominato "Riviera delle Palme", tra le cittadine di Cupra Marittima, Grottammare e San Benedetto del Tronto; con spiagge di sabbia finissima e dorata, fondali bassi, numerosi locali e ristoranti per farsi coinvolgere nella vivace vita notturna. Infine una comoda pista ciclabile permette di godere al massimo del panorama ed attraversare i 10 giardini tematici dislocati lungo la riviera.

Nel giardino, il viale in discesa conduce alla splendida piscina riscaldata con vista mozzafiato sulla valle.

La piscina ha una zona dedicata ai più piccoli, un'area con 4 sedute idromassaggio e, nella vasca principale, un cannone idromassaggio per un piacevole massaggio cervicale.

La zona solarium, pavimentata con mattoni, è dotata di lettini, sdraie, ombrelloni e di due bagni con doccia.

Il giardino ospita cespugli ed alberi della macchia mediterranea, ed è completamente recintato.

A disposizione degli ospiti anche un binocolo panoramico, ping-pong e calciobalilla.

Le auto possono comodamente parcheggiare all'interno della proprietà, chiusa mediante cancello automatico e dove si trovano 3 posti auto ombreggiati. Villa Torre è un antico casale del 1600 completamente restaurato che si sviluppa su tre livelli.

Dal portico (80 mq.) si accede al piano terra della casa, con cucina, salone openspace e sala da pranzo con camino e Smart TV con satellitare, una camera matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia ed una lavanderia, infine, salendo pochi gradini, una camera doppia con letti unibili.

Una scala esterna in mattoni conduce al piano primo, dove si trovano:

- un soggiorno con un divano letto per due persone, un frigorifero, Smart TV con satellitare e una sauna infrarossi;

- due camere matrimoniali;

- un bagno con una doccia e una vasca idromassaggio;

- un bagno con doccia;

- nell’antica torre, una camera doppia con letti unibili.

Tutte le camere da letto sono dotate di Smart TV.

L’ingresso al piano terra è ombreggiato da un portico, ampio e panoramico, ideale per pranzi all'aperto e per rilassarsi con divani e poltrone.

In prossimità dell’ingresso al piano primo, un delizioso terrazzo (20 mq.), è arredato con tavolo e sedie per colazioni all'aperto.

La villa è dotata di aria condizionata.

Originariamente destinato ad essiccatoio per mattoni, ha conservato, dopo un attento restauro, le originali volte a botte e a crociera e gli antichi tetti in legno e pianelle. Intatte sono giunte a noi anche le antiche fenditure sulle pareti, che servivano ad arieggiare i locali e i caratteristici volumi sfalsati che crescono sino alla torre. La sapiente cura nel restauro e l'eleganza degli interni caratterizzano questa villa che gode di una vista incredibilmente panoramica.

Il prezzo di affitto include:

proprietà consegnata completamente pulita e corredata di biancheria e asciugamani; cambio di biancheria settimanale; asciugamani per piscina; pulizia finale; utenze (elettricità - acqua - gas per uso cucina); aria condizionata; Wi-Fi; pulizia giardino e piscina; un ombrellone Maxi (3,5 m) con 4 lettini presso uno stabilimento balneare di Cupra Marittima (disponibile indicativamente da inizio maggio a fine settembre); polizza "Easy Rent" (copertura assicurativa aggiuntiva per danni accidentali all'immobile, fino al massimale di € 3.000,00 e con le limitazioni previste).
