Modern Newly completed one Bedroom Apartment of European standard 53 squared meters at the entry to the town in Ponta do Sol "Point of the Sun"

It is the perfect place to escape from the stress of city life combined with a nature orientated holiday.

This modern Apartment offers a very unique setting with impressive Sea-Mountain and Sunset views.

The Apartment:

Sleep up 2/5, an extra queen size mattress will be provided and for the 5th person an air mattress ( size 100 cm-200cm )

Comes with Sea and Mountain View

Fully equipped Kitchen, TV Satellite

Internet USB stick of 1-3GB will be provided ( depending on the length of your stay ), ( when data limit is reached easily you can purchase extra data ) kindly do bring a laptop with you, as WIFI is not common everywhere yet in Cape Verde Islands.

Rates are including water, electricity, towels and bedlinen.

Towel service is not included, washing machine and enough towels available.

Hairdryer available.

Refundable security breakage deposit required. The security breakage deposit will be returned if there are no damages done to the apartment or missing things.

Ponta do Sol (portuguese for the "point of the sun") is a small fishing settlement situated in the northern part of the island municipality of Santo Antão, Cape Verde. The city is the 12th largest in Cape Verde and is the seat of Ribeira Grande municipality.

The city is located about north of Porto Novo and northwest of Paul and Ribeira Grande and are linked with two main roads including one to Porto Novo. It sits near a cape of the same name and the mountains and the hills middle-class in Cape Verde.
