From the owner

The Dojo-Haus lies between two nature reserves: the High Fens and the Eifel. Advantages: nature around the village, star restaurants in St. Vith and 17 minutes from Francorchamps. It is a holiday home / seminar house that can only be rented as a whole for groups of up to 20 people: weekend, midweek or whole week. It is nice to note that the Dojo-Haus has a multipurpose room with bar and zen garden. The house is large enough to offer everything: celebrate with family; enjoy with friends; briefly with colleagues; or test the dojo-mats with sporty buddies. The house has eight bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The four rooms with two single beds are box spring beds that can be placed either separately or together. There is always the choice between a double duvet and two single duvets. In addition, two double rooms and two bunk-bed rooms for four people each. Important information in advance: the expenses are according to consumption. Electricity according to consumption: 0.3 euro / kWh. Heating according to consumption: 1 euro / liter. Water according to consumption: 5 euros / m³. Settlement with the owner in the first 10 days after the stay and based on the meter readings. In our experience, the total energy consumption at full occupancy in the middle of summer is about 30 euros per day. In winter, about 75 euros per day (20 people + using the room). This consumption depends of course on the outside temperature on the one hand and the activities / needs of the guests on the other hand.

We zijn blij dat het jullie is bevallen. Als wij er met 20 zijn, eten we in de Dojo-Saal: je kunt de tafels en stoelen schikken zoals je wil en met de Japanse kamerschermen errond gezellig maken. Er is daar bestek, servies, een koelkast en een vaatwasser. Tot ziens in de Belgische Eifel, Dominique en Greet

Why can't I call Greet (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Greet (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Greet (the owner) a message.

If Greet (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
