CATERINA RESIDENZA IS A PORTION OF A PROPERTY ON THE FIRST FLOOR IN FULL HISTORICAL CENTER WHERE WE HAVE RECOVED TWO INDEPENDENT APARTMENTS WITH ALL THE COMFORTS NECESSARY FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE STAY IN RELAXATION. AN APARTMENT CALLS THE CRISTINA SUITES WHERE THE NIGHT ARE LOCATED ON A MEZZANINE, WHILE THE OTHER IS CALLED A CLEAR SUITE WHERE THERE IS A TERRACE WITH AN INTERIOR VIEW PROVIDED OF PERGOLATO AND SALOTTINO. WE SERVE THE BREAKFAST IN THE ROOM THAT INCLUDES IN THE PRICE.

We stayd there 10 days. Told them in advance we had 3 kids they prepared the beds and after 4 days asked for €30 extra per kid. Ridicolous. Moreover they dont serve breakfast in the room and on s… More

Dear Mr Andrea. I 'll answer you in Italian because you understand it very well.Lei hai prenotato per due adulti, dicendo che aveva con se 3 figli che pero' avrebbero soggiornato dai nonni chiedendomi solo la possibilità qualche volta di poterli portare in stanza da voi. io ho risposto che non era assolutamente un problema. Pertanto io il letto l'ho fatto preparare per 2 adulti e non per 5. cosa diversa se invece mi avesse detto che sarebbero rimasti a dormire anche i suoi figli e avesse quindi prenotato per 5 anzichè per due,ma probabilmente essendo stata diversa la cifra da pagare ha ritenuto piu' giusto provare a fare cosi'.Inoltre la colazione la serviamo in camera, a differenza di quello che Lei ha scritto, il punto è che Lei ha chiesto espressamente di poterla fare al piano terra nella nostra frutteria. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia noi richiediamo solo le spese di pulizia finale. Le ricordo che non siamo un'hotel ma un R&B,ma che chiedendolo a pagamento, gliele avremmo anche fatte tutti i giorni. Concludo dicendo che per come ha lasciato la stanza ha pagato anche poco e con noi è andato anche molto bene, perchè ad un prezzo che ha deciso Lei quindi al di sotto delle tariffe che abbiamo pubblicato, ha soggiornato per una decina di giorni in 5.Credo pertanto che Lei ci possa solo ringraziare per il trattamento che Le abbiamo riservato.
