A gorgeous 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom alpine style home that has that modern contemporary edge and all the modern conveniences you expect in a new home. This beautiful home is situated in a private and relaxed setting only minutes from downtown and Coronet ski areas. You will love it!

Relax, and unwind in this gorgeous alpine home situated in a stunning mountain vista only minutes from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown. Take in views of Coronet Peak whilst soaking in the hot tub after a fun filled day on the mountains. Walk down to the Shotover Jet to experience one of the most famous jet boat rides in the world. Or just grab a book and a glass of wine and sit down to take in the experience that is Queenstown. Just being there!!

The house has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

The house is just 2 minutes drive from Onsen Hot Pools and Ten Pin Bowling. You are just a short drive away from Coronet Peak Ski-field, Millbrook Golf Resort, Wineries, Art Galleries and the historic gold mining town of Arrowtown. Or you can catch the public bus and head into Queenstown to try one of the many adventure activities and amazing restaurants.

The owners have also added games, books & Playstation 4 to keep the kids (big and small) happy.

There are to be No Loud Parties. On departure you are to leave the house locked up/appliances & lighting turned off, BBQ clean (if used) and the house tidy with dishes done and rubbish put in the big bins provided – our cleaners will take care of the rest. To be respectful to our neighbours we ask that you do not use the spa between the hours of 10pm and 7am. No glassware in the spa pool. There are some very good plastic glasses that can be used in the spa area.

Absolutely stunning chalet

Perfectly positioned close to the mountains and Queenstown with amazing views. Even in the middle of winter, the heating is perfect for the entire chalet.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
