Surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and pine trees, this villa of 220 m² + 250 m2 of wooden deck terrace including an infinite pool of 12mx6m on a closed land of 12 000 m2 is ideally located, close to Aix, the Mediterranean sea and Lubéron

There are all together 5 bedrooms + 1 additional double sofa bed in the living of the separate small house.

It is made for 12 persons maximum

The Villa is located in the surroundings of Aix-en-Provence, in the very quiet countryside in the middle of vineyards, olive groves and pine trees.

The house is about 1500 square ft.

You can enjoy a salted infinite swimming pool on the terrace in front of the house. An electric rolling curtain secures it. Dimension of the pool are 12m x 6m. Depth goes from 1,10m to 1,50m with an 8 m2 paddling pool for children.

The main house comprises a spacious living space of 525 square feet made up of the open-plan kitchen, dining corner, and living room corner.

A corridor leads to the 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a separate WC and a washing/ironing small room. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, 1 has a double sofa bed, and 1 has 2 single beds.

A separate house can house 4 more persons with a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.

All together, the property can house 12 persons. All together there are 5 bedrooms and a second living room in the small house where there is a double sofa bed

The villa is situated in the midst of 3 acres of garden with fruit trees, olive trees, oak alley, and a small forest of pine trees.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
