Located just 9 km from the city center of Papeete, in a residence with swimming pool, this large apartment offers all the comfort for 7 people.

With an area of 87 sqm plus 45 sqm terrace, this vacation rental is very spacious and close to major main roads, the Tahitian capital is less than 15 minutes by car!

The Manuiti condo is located on the ground floor of a quiet residence, secured by an automatic gate, near a college and a large shopping center.

It offers calm and space thanks to its large terrace - partially covered by a blind - with a small outdoor lounge and a dining table. The terrace overlooking the island of Moorea overlooks the small road leading to the school and serving some properties above.

This seasonal rental has:

- a large air-conditioned lounge with an office area and a "lounge" area with a queen size bed, in an alcove, it is the perfect place to relax or read a book; a lounge area with television and huge sliding closets,

- another bed, this one single in the living room too,

- bedroom with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning and wardrobes,

- a second bedroom with a double bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning and cupboards. The two bedrooms give side passageway, they are fresh and calm,

- a fully equipped kitchen open to the large terrace,

- a bathroom with shower and toilet,

- laundry room with separate WC.

There are 4 beds available for a total of 7 people.

The city center of Papeete is located only 15 minutes drive from the residence, avoiding all traffic jams.

You are on the West Coast : the "Pointe des Pêcheurs" is 10 minutes by car, where is the famous bodyboard spot and the Museum of Tahiti and its islands.

The west coast has countless places to discover such as the caves of Maraa, the gardens of Vaipahi - from where beautiful hiking, or the botanical garden and its only golf, the Atimaono golf.

By car, the Manuiti apartment is located only :
