This Vallarta vacation rental by owner is our private 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium home and is available for your next holiday. Located in the Old Town (zona romantica) of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Secure and staffed 24-hours at the front desk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. **POOL IS CLOSED THIS SUMMER 2023 DUE TO A RENOVATION. SCHEDULE TO RE-OPEN SEPT 1ST. Our building has a beautiful rooftop pool and rooftop terrace, and the beachfront restaurant, La Palapa, is one of the best restaurants in PV. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from your 2nd floor living room balcony/terrace or master bedroom windows. Walk down the stairs and you are on the beach (La Playa dos Muertos.) Perfect location to walk to shops or restaurants in Old Town. Great for families or couples. Come and enjoy all Vallarta has to offer.Our condo sleeps 4 comfortably with 2 king beds (one converts to 2 twins), air conditioning (A/C) in all rooms, maid service every day, except Sunday and holidays, WI-FI, Flat screen TVs in master and living room, cable, blu-ray and regular DVD players, ihome, full kitchen, full linens and towels, beach towels, coolers, sun umbrella, boogie boards, assorted beach and pool toys, indoor and outdoor dining, great night time atmosphere, and all the amenities. No pets, no smoking, please.

Great beachfront condominium in Old Vallarta

Great beachfront condominium in Old Town Vallarta. La Palapa restaurant is downstairs and serves great food. The condo is also close to many other really good restaurants.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Liz (the owner) a message.

If Liz (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
