Costal house is a project of ecological self that we share with people who enjoy the experience of respect and coexistence with nature. The place is perfect for those wishing to discover the Riviera Maya and the Route of the Cenotes in a real space near a local community, outside the bustle of the big resorts. Our accommodation space is located on the outskirts of Puerto Morelos, between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, on the side of the forest. The project consists of the main house and a bungalow style "tiny house", separated by a path of approx. 40 meters. Both spaces have bathroom and kitchen. The land is protected by a wooden fence and wire. Electricity at home and bungalow powered by solar energy, enough for lighting, use of fans, mini fridge (the main house) and to charge low voltage electronic devices like cell phones and laptops. Services and common areas The project is located in a small village half a hectare of land, consisting mostly of a green trees and local vegetation. There is a nice common area for grill and bonfire. The small pond water well is ideal for cooling off on hot days. Attention guests live 5 minutes from Costal House, we can help in case of any doubt or special situation. Other highlights You need a car to get to town or elsewhere, should handle about 3km of unpaved road in a new ecological residential area. The beach, restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets are within a 10 minute drive.
