Steps from the best part of the beach in Puerto Morelos, this 1600 sq. ft. apartment is great for a family or two couples. This suite is the entire main floor of a house. It is very private and has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 full baths, a full kitchen with a large dining area for 6 or more people and a large living room with a comfy sectional. There is a flat-screen TV with Blu Ray and Netflix. Outside there is an extra-large terrace with a seating area for up to 6 people and 2 hammocks for relaxing in.

Your rental includes: high-speed Wi-Fi, delivered bottled drinking water and weekly maid service.

The apartment is only a 3-minute walk to the beach and about a 10-minute easy walk to downtown. It is located in the most desirable part of town.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Robert (the owner) a message.

If Robert (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
