A large, spacious holiday apartment, with 2 bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds), a large comfortable living room, with flat screen TV, Full UK Channels via Satellite including Sky channels. Plus Free WiFi.

We have a FULLY equipped spacious kitchen, a large four piece family bathroom and a large private and secluded balcony with dining table and chairs as well as sunloungers for your private sunbathing.

The Unique offering of this apartment block is the heated ROOF-TOP POOL. You can move from apartment to pool without having to step onto the street! The pool area has a huge sunbathing terrace with free parasols and sunloungers. It also has toilet and changing facilities, with outside showers.

An apartment offering all your home-from-home comforts. The private, secluded balcony is equipped with a table and four chairs as well as two relaxing sun loungers for your private sunbathing. The terrace gets the sun first thing in the morning through to mid-afternoon.

We have air conditioning in the apartment as well as ceiling fans in both bedrooms to keep you cool when you're out of the the sun.

We have equipped the apartment with everything we think you'll need for a pleasant stay, including a NEW full sized fridge freezer, washing machine, NEW full oven and hob and NEW microwave, and plenty of utensils to ensure that you can cook with ease in the apartment.

We have a fabulous roof-top pool which is heated during the winter months, with plenty of free sunbeds.

We have owned the apartment for 14 years so we have a wealth of experience in letting out the property and ensuring clients' standards are met. We are fully licensed by the Canarian Tourist Board.

We regularly update and improve our apartment facilities and we're happy to take feedback from our guests, to ensure their next stay is perfect. We have many regular returning clients who return year after year and we take great care in looking after the apartment for the benefit of all who stay there.

We have a full UK satellite package on our flat screen TV, offering almost 100 UK TV channels. You'll find all BBC channels, All ITV channels, Channel 4, Sky channels and many others besides. All, with the added bonus of Catch-up TV. We also offer free high speed wi-fi and a DVD player with a range of DVDs for your entertainment.

Over the years, and with the help of our clients, we have built up a vast book library, so you're sure to find a good read whilst on your holiday and of course you're welcome to take the book home if you haven't quite finished it! We've also got board games and playing cards in the apartment too.

All linen and towels are provided, except beach towels. Beach towels can be provided by arrangement. We have cots and high chairs available too, please ask for further details. We provide weekly linen and towel changes.

The apartment block has 23 apartments across two levels with the fabulous shared roof-top pool, which is heated during the cooler months. Sun loungers and parasols are provided free of charge on the huge sun terrace around the pool. The pool area also provides USB ports and poolside showers and toilet and changing facilities. It should be noted that the pool is accessed from the second level of the building by one flight of stairs and is not accessible via a lift.

The apartment is on the first level of apartments in the block, it is one of the larger two-bedroom apartments and the entire apartment is on one level, accessed from street level either by the stairs or the lift. All rooms are easily accessible once inside.

We have a safety deposit box in the apartment in order that you can store your passports and tickets whilst you enjoy your holiday.

Filmed for the recent JET 2 Holiday adverts, the area is indeed a fabulous holiday destination.

You will find the pool on the roof of the apartment block. It is heated during the winter months for the comfort of our guests. The lift services up to the second floor and the pool is then accessed by one flight of stairs. The roof-top enjoys spectacular views of the valley and the local area; and looking down to the right, you can see the sea, just a 5 minute stroll away. The pool area is rarely busy and sunbeds are plentiful and are located next to the pool for your use. The lounging area by the poolside is large, with plenty of space, providing toilets, changing rooms, showers and USB ports.

Puerto de Mogan (and Playa Mogan, the beach area) is without doubt the jewel of Gran Canaria. Due to its micro-climate It is a warm and sunny location virtually year round! It is a very pretty location and is quiet and peaceful. Our Gran Canaria holiday apartment is ideal for a relaxing break in the sun, in Puerto de Mogan. The waterfront harbour area and beach of Playa Mogan is just 5 minutes walk from our apartment. The harbour area has many colourful buildings of a mediterranean style, with beautiful bouganvileas lining its narrow walkways and gardens.

Puerto Mogan has several sea water channels giving rise to its name 'Spanish little Venice'. A stroll around this port is enhanced by the many promenades and small bridges. This picturesque area is known for its Venice Style Canals, beautiful flowers and bustling market every Friday.

Our Puerto de Mogan holiday apartment is a short stroll from the golden sandy beach of Playa Mogan, its restaurants, marina and fishing harbour. Playa Mogan. It is a lovely relaxing location with no nightclubs or loud bars; but these can be found a short 10 minute taxi ride away in Puerto Rico, should you want to find them. Puerto de Mogan and Playa Mogan in Gran Canaria is for those looking for a relaxing break with some fabulous restaurants and boutique shopping.

There is a vibrant local community in Puerto de Mogan, with pretty whitewashed houses rising up the hillside, with a maze of narrow paths and walkways, leading up to the viewing platform from where you can view the beautiful beach of Playa Mogan and bustling harbour of Puerto de Mogan.

There are two great supermarkets within very close proximity to the apartment, Both provide a butcher and a wonderful delicatessen, baking warm fresh bread every morning. There are many boutiques, designer shops and lovely restaurants in Puerto de Mogan too. There is also a bustling street market every Friday that weaves through the village and on through the harbour, selling various handcrafted Canarian gifts, jewellery, handbags, clothes, ornaments, leather gifts, natural aloe vera products and organically grown local produce.

You'll find a welcome folder in the apartment full of ideas for things to due during your stay, as well as the wi-fi code.

The apartment is very close to the harbour which is surrounded by designer boutiques, restaurants, stylish cafés and bars making this location perfect for a relaxing evening meal.

Puerto de Mogan offers plenty to do, but it is a much quieter resort and provides a more relaxed setting than its neighbours such as Puerto Rico, Maspalomas and Playa Del Ingles. All can be reached by taxi, car or boat.

Other local attractions include: a yellow submarine offering trips to the underwater world off-shore, glass bottom boat trips to the beaches of Puerto Rico, Anfi and Arguineguin; and deep sea fishing trips are also available.

We also have a bustling street market every Friday and is well worth a visit.

Nearby, the island boasts attractions such as Water parks, Sioux City Western Theme Park and Palmitos Park providing a colourful and entertaining look at nature. A walk along Meloneras promenade and past the vast Maspalomas sand dunes is recommended. Other local resorts are Amadores and Puerto Rico. There are some high quality golf courses close by, such as Anti Golf and El Salobre Golf.

Boat trips depart from the far side of the harbour and will take you on a wonderful trip along the coast, stopping off at Puerto Rico, Anfi or Arguineguin.

For those wishing to venture to a shopping centre, Centro Atlantico is located in Vecindario approximately 20 minutes back up the GC-1 where you'll find many boutique stores and a large Carrefour supermarket.

A drive up into the mountains is highly recommended for some wonderful views and interesting visits to typical Canarian villages.

Mogan is also home to a vibrant local Canarian community living in pretty whitewashed homes, rising up the hillside, next to the fishing harbour. Walk up the maze of narrow paths and you'll find the homes to the vibrant local community. Visit the viewing belvedere for a bird’s eye view of the area and great photo opportunities, or visit the recently excavated historic site.

Playa Mogan has over 80 fabulous restaurants and the area is perfect for a truly relaxing break. Our holiday apartment has an ideal position in Mogan and has the morning sun on the terrace which lasts well into the afternoon.


There are some high quality golf courses close by, such as Anti Golf and El Salobre Golf. Ideal climatic conditions make Gran Canaria a perfect golfing destination, with the possibility of practising your favourite sport 365 days a year. An added bonus is that most of the golf courses on the island are quite new, which means you’ll find modern courses conceived with the most demanding players very much in mind.

There are currently 10 golf courses in Gran Canaria – six in the south – each one built by the most prestigious of international golf-course designers.

Before you arrive, you'll be given the telephone number of the agent who is greeting you upon arrival.
