This fantastic secluded 4 bedroomed all with en-suite family villa comes with private pool and spa. It can be rented either as two apartments (both with separate entrances) or as a large villa. Both apartments are fitted with full working kitchens and dining areas. air con in all bedrooms . WI FI. and cable T V .The top floor has high vaulted ceilings and doors leading to the balcony over looking the pool, spar, the low lands of Tobago and the Atlantic ocean with Trinidad in the distance ,The breeze coming off the sea and up to the villa is fantastic .The front garden is full of various fruit trees that can be picked when ready .The rest of the garden is full of tropical plants with palms bougainvillea etc.

This property has fantastic views overlooking the lowlands and Tobago Plantations with it,s golf course alongside the Atlantic Ocean. The occupier has the option of car rental should this be desired (ask for more information), because this is more convenient than using local taxi services to get around the Island. A car will be required because the house is at the top of a hill approximately 500 feet above sea level . The property is suitable for all ages ,Family and Friends .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Barry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
