Description

Hi, and welcome to our home!

It’s a beautiful and clean 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with heated pool (solar and electric) and beautiful lanai area. The inside living area is an open great room with vaulted ceilings and lots of seating including a sofabed, a couple of other couches, a nice comfy recliner, and bar stools around the kitchen counter area.

We have flat screen TV’s throughout the house, and various dvd's, books, and games for relaxing time around the house!

The master suite includes a king size bed with a walk in closet, and ensuite with separate entrance to lanai and pool area. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, with sliding door walkout to lanai, and the 3rd bedroom contains a set twin beds. The garage contains a bbq, several bicyles and pool/beach equipment to add to your fun. We even have a small bar fridge in the lanai area to keep cold water and refreshments outside! Of course, high definition cable, wireless Internet and North American phone plan are all included.

The property is located in a desirable Port Charlotte neighborhood, and is a great area for going on walks and bike rides! Yet we are close to shopping and restaurants, with a great comedy club just a 5 minute drive away! Add another couple of minutes and you are ready to drive over the bridge into the wonderful Punta Gorda area. We are also close to the highway, so you have quick access for day trips to the area shopping and gulf beaches. The barrier island beaches are just half an hour away, and the premium outlet malls in Sarasota and Fort Myers are both just 45 minutes away!

We love our home and take great pride, and continue to work on adding on and improving the landscaping outside whenever we are there, so we hope you will appreciate and enjoy our efforts!

For those beach lovers, we have added beach chairs, camping chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler, and even some beach towels, so you will have most of what you need to head off to the beach and have fun!!

And of course we continue to try to make the inside of the home as comfortable as possible, and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Update! Due to us now being proud grandparents, we have a crib in storage in one of the closets! A new mattress is included, as well as a mattress cover and sheets! Feel free to use, just please wash all bedding used, and do not lose the allen key!!!
