This bijoux villa is situated within the domaine of the world renowned championship golf course of Pont Royal, halfway between Avignon and Aix-en-Provence. The villa itself is situated on the private domaine of 180 hectares and 2 well maintained 18 hole golf courses. Set on top of a hill in the heart of Provence, the domaine has stunning views of the Luberon. The pretty village is just a short walk with its restaurants, shops, hotel and bars. A weekly market and weekly activities occur during the high season. Adjacent is the Pierre & Vacance village which includes playgrounds, volleyball, equestrian centre, farm, tennis, mini golf, wave pool and water slides for a nominal daily charge. The provincial small town of Mallemort is a short drive away offering more shops and restaurants. The nearest beach is approx 45 minutes by car and skiing is within a 2 hour drive. Avignon and Aix en Provence are within 30 minutes. The domaine is a fabulous resort set in Provence with something for everyone – close by are numerous trails for walkers, wonderful countryside for cycling, villages to explore, gorges to raft and beaches and fishing villages. Three of France’s national parks are in the area together with five regional nature parks. We have provided plenty of guide books and suggestions in our guest manual to assist you in planning your holiday. We look forward to welcoming you to this idyllic part of France.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Cian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
