Apartment situated in small and very quiet resort by Costa Canaria promenade. You can not stay any closer to one of the best beaches of the world, Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas Dunes. Both, the superb location and this relaxing resort make this apartment the perfect choice for a holiday in the sun.
This apartment is situated on the ground floor, so is suitable for limited mobility and elderly people. The front terrace of the apartment is equipped and sun of the south of Gran Canaria. Just in front of the terrace there is a large swimming pool surrounded by tropical gardens which separates the apartment from the beach promenade.
The bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe, mirror, safety box and a with a table, chairs, sunbeds and sun umbrella to enjoy the fresh sea air window facing the garden with blinds.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a glass screen, washing machine, hair dryer, towels and shower gel. The bathroom also has and exterior window for ventilation.
The living room has a sofa bed, dining table and chairs, a small coffee table, satellite 32” LED TV and free WiFi. The living room is separated from the terrace by large french windows which allow to enjoy natural light all day and direct view to gardens and pool area. The swimming pool is heated all year round to a minimum temperature of 25º.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, orange juicer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, blender, crockery, cutlery and cleaning products. The flat also provides iron, ironing board and space for drying the clothes.

The apartment is situated in a privileged and residential area of Playa del Inglés y the Costa Canaria beach promenade: 50m from the Beach, 200m from La Sandia Shopping Centre, 400m from Cita Shopping Centre, 500m from Jumbo Shopping Centre and 50m from McDonalds. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet, and there is a large variety of restaurants, shops and bars in the proximity.
The airport is 40km away and you can reach the apartment by taxi or bus. Sunnyhomegrancanaria provides pick up airport service to the apartment for as low as 35€. You can simply book it through us if you are interested.
Parking is free just outside the resort and most of the time there is space available.

Alexis is the name of the host and you will be able to contact him directly and enquiry about the flat and your future stay. He speaks English and Spanish, and will be always available during your stay in case of any needs. If before your arrival you require any special needs please do not hesitate to ask. You can also book with him pick up and transport from the airport to the apartment.

“Excellent Apartment in Great Location”
We stayed for a week in March and the owner Alexis was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well equipped withe everything we needed in a small complex with a shared pool. The apartment location is just off the promenade with some steps down to bars and restaurants and the beach. The Yumbo centre and Cita shopping centre are a short flat walk away. Despite being so convenient, the apartment is very peaceful, particularly at night. Overall, we found it to be an excellent place to stay for 2 people and would highly recommend it.

Owner's reply: Hahahahaha.... The extraction unit woks well. There 2 small black buttons. One on the left for the light and the one on the right controls the intensity of the extraction unit. If the bottom is left on the middle it will not work. I hope next time you come back, you can try it!!! Hahahahaha!!!!!

If Alexis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
