Apartamento en situación única y privilegiada, reformado JUNIO 2019 para alquiler vacacional, 3 minutos caminando de la arena de la Playa !! Apartamento de 2 dormitorios dobles, con WIFI EXCLUSIVO, Canales SATELITE TV, a solo 5 minutos caminando del Centro Comercial YUMBO, 3 minutos caminando de Área comercial, supermercado y cafeterías, todo muy cerca del ocio que necesites, pero con la tranquilidad de un complejo muy tranquilo, elige tus vacaciones ideales.

El apartamento dispone de entrada privada y directa desde la avenida lo que lo convierte en único y exclusivo y con mayor privacidad.

Dispone de dos terrazas completamente privadas, una de ellas de 30 metros cuadrados con hamacas, mesa y sillas, otra terraza en la parte interior del complejo.

Consta de 2 dormitorios dobles y amplios equipados con armarios empotrados, disponible cuna y Trona para bebes, ropa de cama, toallas y toallas para la piscina, un salón cocina con TV Led de 49" por satélite, canales extranjeros, WIFI exclusivo y gratis, cocina equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, nevera grande, lavadora, todo tipo de vajilla en abundancia, 2 tipos de cafeteras, italiana y americana, tostadora, microondas, etc...baño equipado con secador y plato de ducha amplio.

A la llegada al apartamento encontrarás agua, café y Té, en el baño encontrarás champú, pastillas de lavado para la lavadora.

El complejo dispone de piscina grande e infantil, hamacas y sombrillas en abundancia, parking, vídeo vigilancia 24 horas.

El complejo tan solo tiene 24 unidades, complejo muy muy tranquilo, especial para el descanso Y la ventaja de estar a 3 minutos de la playa.

La situación del apartamento es única, a tan solo 20 metros de una interminable avenida marítima donde disfrutar tanto de amaneceres como atardeceres de Playa del Ingles, adentrándose en las Dunas de Maspalomas y sintiéndote como en el mayor de los desiertos, terminando en el Oasis de Maspalomas, pudiendo observar una flora y fauna única de este lugar.

Si te gusta la fotografía sacaras unas fotos increíbles.

al tratarse de una zona turística, existe una gran cantidad de paradas de Taxis y servicio regular de autobuses a diferentes zonas de la isla, y también con salidas regulares al aeropuerto desde cualquier zona de Playa del Ingles.

Existe una diversidad de actividades en la isla, solo debes elegir la que mas te guste, si vienes en familia parques acuáticos, Parque Western y Parque de atracciones, Zoo, actividades acuáticas en la playa para cualquier edad.

Si lo que buscas es aventura, puedes tirarte en paracaídas, darte una vuelta en Helicóptero, conocer el fondo marino practicando submarinismo o dando una vuelta en submarino, puedes practicar deportes como Surf, Windsurf, Golf, Jet Ski, Kayak, Quads, etc...

Si eres joven este es el lugar para conocer la noche de Gran Canaria, a 12 minutos caminando de la zona de ocio con diferentes Pubs, discotecas de ambiente internacional y también zona gay.

El complejo dispone de piscina grande e infantil, hamacas y sombrillas en abundancia, parking, video vigilancia 24 horas. Si buscas tranquilidad y descanso, el complejo es ideal, debido a que es un complejo pequeño, es muy tranquilo.
