El apartamento esta renovado, dispone de 2 dormitorios amplios, cada habitación tiene 2 confortables camas con almohadas de Visco látex, cada habitación tiene un armario empotrado amplio para poder dejar equipaje tanto de corta como larga estancia.

El apartamento fue diseñado específicamente para alquiler vacacional de corta o larga estancia, con detalles exclusivos para mejorar la experiencia de los huéspedes, para que se sientan como en casa, pero con las comodidades de estar de vacaciones.

La cocina está ampliamente equipada, dispone de todo lo que puedes necesitar, si es corta o larga estancia, dispone de horno - microondas, tostadora, 2 tipos de cafetera, italiana o americana, máquina para sándwich, todo tipo de utensilios para cocinar, sartenes y ollas, hervidor de agua, tetera etc…

El apartamento dispone de lavadora y pastillas de lavadora para que puedas lavar tu ropa cuando quieras,

El baño está equipado con ducha amplia, ( 120 x 70 ) champú y toallas en abundancia para toda la estancia, también secador de pelo y plancha para la ropa

El salón está equipado con TV LED 49”, también RECEPTOR SATELITE, con amplia variedad de canales extranjeros.

El WIFI que tiene el apartamento es exclusivo y personal para el apartamento, es fibra optica.

Toda la iluminación del apartamento es Led cálida, de tal modo que el apartamento es muy acogedor, te sentirás como en casa.

El complejo de apartamentos es residencial y también turístico lo que hace que el descanso esté garantizado y dispongas de supermercado en el mismo edificio, saliendo del edificio a 100 metros encuentras otro supermercado muy amplio, también en el mismo edificio hay cafetería, pizzería, peluquería, y en el mismo edificio también hay alquiler de motos y bicicletas.

La ubicación del apartamento es ideal, a 4 minutos caminando dispones de parada de autobús hacia cualquier zona de la isla, la playa se encuentra a 12 minutos caminando,

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David (the owner) a message.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
