Dear guests,

I'm happy to welcome you to apartment Q5 and I'm sure you will find it has everything you would wish for during your stay.

The sunny terrace which offers fabulous views of the village and beach is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine, or a meal, whilst listening to the sound of waves lapping on the beach. The terrace gets the sun from sunrise until late afternoon and I have provided a sun bed, table and chairs, so as my guests can take full advantage. For those of you who prefer the shade, there are easily operated canopies, which can provide shade to all, or half the terrace.

The kitchen is very well equipped, with everything you need to cook a delicious meal, and is fitted with a hob, oven, dish washer and large fridge freezer.

The bedroom has a king size bed, but this can be adapted to twin beds if required.

The bathroom as a walk in shower and a vanity unit with excellent lighting.

All towels and linens are provided.

Playa del Cura is a quiet resort which offers a number of restaurants and bars. There is a bus service available to most parts of the island.

I'm German, but I also speak fluent English, French and Spanisch. I come to meet you to meet you at the reception. From November to April I'm living next to the apartment I'm renting out, so I'm always available and ready to give you any help or information you might need.

Das moderne Appartement (54 m2) ist sehr ruhig, modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es liegt in der Mitte der obersten Reihe der großen Anlage Monsenor, die direkt in den Steilhang gebaut wurde. Dadurch haben Sie von der großen Terrasse aus einen herrlichen Blick auf den Atlantik und die Berge.

Der Strand von Playa del Cura ist nur 300 m entfernt. Der weiße karibikähnliche Strand Amadores ist zu Fuß in 30 Minuten oder mit dem Bus in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Schlafsofa, Flachbild-TV mit deutschen Programmen und Telefon. Die Küchenzeile ist mit Gefrierkombination, Mikrowelle, Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, perfekt ausgestattet. Im Schlafzimmer finden Sie ein großes Doppelbett und einen geräumigen Kleiderschrank.

Eine Tapas-Bar, eine Pool-Bar, Sonnenterrassen, vier Schwimmbecken, eines davon mit Rutschbahn, ein Spielplatz, ein Tennisplatz laden zum Verweilen, Baden und Spielen ein. Außerdem befinden sich im Erdgeschoss eine deutsche Bäckerei mit Frühstücksmöglichkeit und ein Minimarkt mit frischem Obst und Gemüse. Ein Frisör ist in der ersten Etage.

Das persönliche WLAN nutzen Sie kostenfrei (Passwort). DIe Rezeption ist täglich von 9.00 bis 16.00 Uhr besetzt. Die Rezeptionistin spricht Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch.

In unmittelbarer Nähe (300m) der Anlage befinden sich eine Bushaltestelle, ein Taxistand sowie ein Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt, Bars (Livemusik) und Restaurants.

Der Aufenthalt in Playa del Cura ist ideal für ein Paar oder eine Familie mit einem Kind, für alle diejenigen, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen.

Der Golfplatz Anfi Tauro erfreut sich großer Beliebtheit, zumal er nur 3 km entfernt liegt. Puerto Rico erreichen Sie in 5 Minuten mit dem Taxi. Vom Flughafen aus ist die Anlage über die Autobahn in 40 Minuten zu erreichen. Las Palmas liegt mit dem Bus 60 Minuten entfernt.

Als Besitzerin des Appartements wohne ich während der Wintersaison direkt nebenan, so dass ich Ihnen jederzeit zur Verfügung stehe, wenn Sie weitere Informationen oder auch Hilfe benötigen.

After your arrival at Playa del Cura I'll meet you at the reception, give you the key and show you to your apartment. There I'll give you further details concerning your stay. Since I'm living next to the apartment I'm renting out (from November to April), I can give any information or help you might need during your stay. In case you don`t rent a car, I take you with my car to the supermarket "Mercadona" which is near Playa del Cura in Puerto Rico.

I have decided to operate a strict "NO SMOKERS" policy and therefore will only accept bookings from non smokers. As the apartment is a strictly non smoking environment, I wish to keep it free from any contact with tobacco smoke, or e-cigarette vapour, including any smoke residue on clothing.
Anyone breaking this rule will be liable for the cost of deep cleaning the apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elisabeth (the owner) a message.

If Elisabeth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
