Small furnished pied a terre, consisting of a single space of about 18 square meters., in which there is wardrobe, desk, chair, double bed French, the bathroom has a shower, has an independent entrance on the street and shared patio with mini relaxation pool and smoking area, air conditioning, wi fi internet, ceiling fan.

Coffee/tea corner for breakfast, with mini fridge, kettle and electric pan for cooking lunch / dinner

Double bed French for two people maximum

Suitable for an adult person or a quiet couple, use pied a terre.

The studio is located within a quiet family colony, behind avenida Constituyentes, less than 10 minutes by taxi or car from the tourist area and the sea.

The area is well connected by taxis and local combi and is about 1 km from Plaza las Americas and the new center of #playadelcarmen

Adatto a una persona adulta o a una coppia tranquilla, uso pied a terre .

Il monolocale si trova all'interno di una tranquilla colonia familiare ,alle spalle della Avenida Constituyentes , a meno di 10 minuti di taxi o auto dalla zona turistica e dal mare.

La zona e' ben collegata ,da taxi e combi locali e dista circa 1 km da Plaza las Americas e dal nuovo centro di #playadelcarmen

Solo brevi per vacanze.

    Grazie per la sua recensione ,è stato un vero piacere avervi come ospiti nuovamente ma purtroppo abbiamo dovuto cambiare le regole della casa e da questo mese il monolocale sarà disponibile solo per adulti, a causa del fatto che lo spazio è ridotto per ospitare bambini e non si confà alle loro esigenze. I nostri meravigliosi pelosi sono stati spostati dal lato opposto della casa cosicché non saranno più visibili ai nostri futuri ospiti. La aspettiamo ancora nel caso decida di tornare solo o in coppia Un caro saluto a presto

    If Alessandra Alexa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
