Beautiful, new and very comfortable apartment in a condominium of six units with garden and grill area in common area located in the center of Playa del Carmen, five blocks from the white sands and turquoise waters of Mamita's Beach

The apartment located on the second floor consists of a bedroom with a king size bed and a sofa bed in the living room where two children or a third guest can sleep

In the bedroom you will find a safe with capacity to store even a laptop, we ask you to keep your valuables there.

A large bathroom with a mix of Cuban-Mexican decoration, on arrival you will have the amenities for the first night (shamoo, soap, toilet paper)

In the integral kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils so that you can prepare a delicious meal; (Refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, gas oven, pans, glasses, plates, etc.) that you can enjoy in the colorful table located on the terrace.

If you want to find any item in your refrigerator right at your arrival, contact us before your arrival and we will buy it for you.

You will find two televisions with cable programming and wifi throughout the department.

As for electricity, you have included 5kw per day, if your consumption is higher the cost of extra kw is 4 pesos so that you do not exceed the consumption we ask that when you are out of the apartment turn off the air conditioners and lights.

For this we record the meter reading upon arrival and departure.

Every three days we make a change of towels and if your stay is more than 7 days, we do a cleaning with change of blanks.

If you need additional cleaning, you should only request it with an additional 20 usd.

Our EasyMexico office is located on the road to Mamitas beach, we are open from 9 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday and close at 2 pm on Saturdays. Here you will find everything you need during your stay, tours in the area, private tours, transportation services, trips, car rentals or anything you can think of I live on the top floor and if you need something, you can ring my bell and have a coffee.
