Villa Holiday Playa Del Carmen is a deluxe residential vacation rental home located in Playa del Carmen, Playacar Phase 2 only a 10-13 minute walk from beach and 5 avenue.

The Villa is located on Retorno Uxmal in a very private setting, surrounded by lush vegetation and set back from the road, the house is peaceful and quiet, with a spa-like atmosphere. With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms the villa sleeps up to 15 people.

Downstairs:

- Master bedroom with a comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom.

- Bedroom with queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom.

- Bedroom with queen sized bed direct access to the pool.

- Living room with full library and a 50' flat screen Hi-Definition TV with SKY TV-programs. This room can be closed off and used as a sleeping area with 3 foldout sofas that can be singles or combined to be a king and a single. There is a half bathroom in the foyer.

Upstairs:

- Master bedroom with a king bed and tv, ensuite bathroom and private terrace overlooking the pool and gardens.

- Large Bedroom with two trundle beds and two single beds to sleep up to 4 people and private terrace.

- Bedroom with comfortable king size bed sharing the full bath. These rooms are ideal for teens, or a couple with children.

How do damage deposits work?
