The Porto Playa Condo/Hotel is located in the heart of Playa, 100 steps from the beach, 1 block off 5th Ave. 1 block south of Constituente. It is the single best location in Playa, located in the Premier Zone. It's also one of the best values as guests at Porto Playa are able to pay lower rates, and have complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas at The Indigo Beach Club, complementary use of The Gym, as well as other amenities listed below.
We operate as a condo/hotel with a 24 hour front desk and concierge service. They'll arrange everything for you.
219 is one of the largest 2 bedroom,2 bathroom condo on the preferred second floor with a private balcony that overlooks 2 pools, 2 jacuzzi's and the Sanctuary: a garden filled with tropical plants and palm trees.
All units have a full kitchen, a large private balcony off kitchen, living room and Master Bedroom. Sit outside for coffee in the morning, wine and cheese before dinner in the evening.
There are fans and air conditioning in each room with thermostats in each room.
Flat screen televisions are in the living room and both bedrooms. High speed Wifi is available all over the property.
There is a large closet and safe in the each bedroom. There are also french doors that open to a balcony with a view of the pools, jacuzzi and a glimpse of the Gulf Waters from the Master bedroom. The floors throughout the condo are marble. There is a flat screen television, fan, air conditioning control, clock radio and more in each bedroom.
Everything has been built for luxury, style and aesthetics. The master bathroom is large, with a shower for two behind a glass wall, two sinks in the vanity area and a private toilet area.
The 2nd bedroom can be set up with a king sized bed or two twin beds, and has a large closet with a safe, private entrance to the 2nd bathroom, and a flat screen television. There is a fan, air conditioning controls, flat screen television and more.
Kitchen includes full refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes and glasses (including the important wine and margarita glasses), pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, blender, and so much more. There is also an island that separates the kitchen from the living room with 4 barstools.
Guests enjoy complementary beach chairs at our private Beach Club (Asi Beach) and free use of the facilities at The Gym located 1.5 block away at our sister property, Porto Playa Condo Hotel
We can also assist you with renting any of the condos in Porto Playa including a 1 BR, or a 2 or 3 BR Penthouse unit. Penthouse units also have a private rooftop with jacuzzi, gas grill and lounge furniture.
We also have 5 other properties within 1 block of Porto Playa and have made thousands of reservations since 2005 in Porto Playa, El Taj Ocean, Magia Beach, El Taj Beach and Maya Villa. We can put you on the beach, or within 1 block of the beach.
